Of these characters with similar powers, which one is more powerful? From what I've seen and heard, i'd give the edge to Kamala, but I dont know if Reed has any advantage over her.

Reeds intellect and experience would give him an edge in a fight, but her healing abilities and creativity would be a challenge. I was actually thinking about the similarity between the two the other day. Glad I'm not the only one lol

Reed being one of the smartest men in the Marvel Universe probably gives him an edge.

IDK if they have retconned it but Reed has the powers of the beyonder but even without it he still would win due to his intelligence.

Reed has actual elastic powers to his body, including the resistance and much more flexibility.
Plus he has much more experience and much greater intellect.Reed easily.
Also people saying he si the smartest person on earth should be throw into a Latverian Jail.

Physically, Khan's stronger, particularly when she fully matures, I am sure.
Reed Richards is very intelligent, so he could probably find a way to win. That said, even if he's perhaps the most intelligent man in the Marvel Universe, he also is one of the few to acknowledge that being smart doesn't just mean he's the master of every scientific discipline automatically. Otto Octavius knows more than he does about radiation, for example, as does Bruce Banner, probably. Hank Pym is also probably more on Reed's level than most, and would probably know more than him on how to handle Kamala's ability to grow huge, even if the actual mechanism for how she does so is different than his.
But then again, it's comics, who knows. Whoever was writing it would have to find a solution that fits whatever editorial told them the winner would be.

I think unlike Octavius and other ,Reed's intellect has show be very much "combat oriented" too and to quickly understand situations.Plus i'm sure he know somsething about Inhuman biology The biggest factor is that Khamala is still just a teenager.Once she becomes an adult and fully develops the situation could change.

In terms of just powers, I think Kamala edges him out, and a healing factor is a big factor in her favor, too. But Reed's intellect is a huge advantage in his favor. Kamala's also just a teenager so she also hasn't really explored the fullest extent of her powers yet while Reed's been using his powers for decades.

Reed is also an extreme multi tasker... Right. When he is working on science, he sometimes remembers he has a wife and child.

Franklin and Valeria (NAMED BY DOOOM!) Doom named their second kid? Reed must feel like Dr. Cox felt when Jordan gave their second kid the initials of "J.D." I forget what happened they needed Doom's help for some reason his condition was to be able to name the child. Also he made her his familiar or something ... cause Doom gonna Doom. She also lead to probably my favorite two pages of Reed Richards.
