This isn't me trying to tell you guys what you can and can't watch, apart from the highlights, I haven't watched a full WWE show in ages but the highlights let me keep up with the wrestlers in the company that I care about.
But, there's a lot of deserved negativity surrounding the main roster and the bad booking of an extremely talented roster.
So why do people who complain about it so much keep watching? I don't see why people keep tuning into a product that they don't like?
Surely it would be better to just watch wrestling that you do like? It isn't like the Observer, it's not your job to watch main roster stuff if you just end up complaining about it.

Aye, I always think of Homer and the pig when it comes to this sort of thing "it's just a bit of bad booking, it's still good" people live in hope that this week will not be as bad as the previous.

I'm unsure if you'll gain any additional insight this time. Some will say they don't watch it, some will say they want it to be better, some will say they enjoy it. Some will say they only watch highlights/DVR, others will say they enjoy NXT (because you didn't specify what aspect of watchable WWE content you are querying) I know your question isn't "who here watches WWE, but that's likely the response you'll get. Maybe you'll get an epiphany from people waking up and saying they don't know/it's an addiction. Possibly a new viewpoint like they only watch it because their kid likes it, or they're a journalist. Personally I'm hoping you get a super fan response from someone saying they watch ALL WWE content weekly. I haven't seen many of those.

I don't watch, and haven't watched a full episode of Raw or Smackdown in over six years. I watch an occasional video on YouTube when something big happens, but my main access to WWE now is through this board.
I like to keep up with the behind the scenes, and currently, the complete shit show that is this company. However, I have no desire to watch their product.
This is my approach to wrestling in general. I love the inner workings, but the product itself overall just doesn't interest me.

People aren't watching. The ratings are at an all time low.

For me, I follow it because it's the biggest company in the world and they pretty much set the standard whether people like it or not. Like, name me a promotion that HASN'T done a Money in the Bank equivalent for example.
But also as a fan...I'd like to watch again. I mean, I won't because of the Saudi stuff but I'd like to and if people are enjoying it, it might get me to use my sister's boyfriend Network account to watch stuff. But...well, there's too much around the company right now especially in booking that doesn't make me want to watch and keep from a distance.

People aren't watching. The ratings are at an all time low. Only because people haven't heard about Rusev The Sex Addict

Personally I'm hoping you get a super fan response from someone saying they watch ALL WWE content weekly. I haven't seen many of those. Not a "superfan" but someone who seems to tolerate WWE more than a lot of people do. I watch Raw, SDL, and I'm back into NXT. But I also watch AEW and occasionally NJPW. Is there crappy content in WWE programming? yes, yes there is. But to me, the good still outweighs the bad and I have a mute button and DVR for a reason. I watch because I am entertained and don't understand the concept of hate-watching. If something comes up that I don't like (the Rusev/Lana/Bobby stuff comes immediately to mind) I FF'd through it and if I catch up my DVR, I either pause to skip through it more or mute and let it play out. I also don't understand the concept of constant complaint of a product, but I'm not here to start any arguments. I like most of what I watch, and I don't watch what I don't want to watch. Don't know if that answers your question.

I’m going to watch this company choke itself out for historical value.
Also, WWE has the best roster in the world, they’re just written by a stupid old man who thinks he’s as good at this as he was 35 years ago.

And for as healthy as the outside-of-WWE possibilities are right now, if you've been following the broader wrestling world for the past decade, the big stars you spent those years with are now all in WWE. To several layers of abstraction, in fact; guys who filled the void for WWE signings are now themselves in WWE. As much as the world beyond WWE is great, there are a very limited number of people to get attached to who aren't bound for WWE in short order. That pull can be a killer when WWE ends up, for all its problems, with a dream roster you'd get laughed off of a forum for proposing.

For me, the good generally still outweighs the bad. Is it overwhelmingly the case? No, and when there are stretches where it's difficult, I take a few weeks off and check back in.

Even the majority of the guys who were staples of TNA/Impact all those years ago (Joe, Roode, EY, EC3, AJ... hell, even Abyss and Jarrett, even Sting) are now in WWE.

I think a lot of people have stopped watching.
I watched a clip of the RAW/NXT brawl from last week and it was one of the most boring brawls I'd ever seen. Everyone seemed to be fighting in slow motion, the crowd didn't give a shit and the commentary was awful. Lawler couldn't have acted more disinterested if he tried. It just summed up WWE for me.

I put it on the TV usually but it is mostly background noise while I play around on my phone unless something good comes up.
I've watched since around 3rd grade and I'm 33 years old, it would be too weird to just stop altogether.

I don’t...I just like to keep up with the current stuff on here and join in the mockery over whatever WCW-esque jackass decision they made this week. The only times I’ve watched recently at all were for Goldberg returning to face Brock and for Woken Matt vs Bray. Hell, WrestleMania is in Tampa next year and I told my wife I would prefer going to the AEW Dynamite Taping in Miami three days after my birthday.

I used to watch highlights only, till about 2017. Since then, only really watched The Rumble and Wrestlemania for selective matches.
I am unhappy with the product, and no detriment to the hard working people (wrestlers, cameramen, ring crew etc), I don't watch it at all.
The most "interesting" thing out of WWE in a while was the Saudi plane situation.

The WWE right now reminds me of a failed Dream Team you see in sports. The type where you get a bunch of big names but team management just ignored that their play-styles don't mesh. Then you try to alter the superstars game to match your own gameplan, and they are no longer superstars because you took away what made them great. Then you sit around and wonder why your team of All-Stars is under-performing.
You don't sign a running back and tell him he's now a kicker. You don't sign a shooting guard and make him play center. But the WWE continues to sign guys then strip away their talents and replace it with their company approved "vision"
I feel like I've seen this a dozen times:
WWE: *random-wrestler* cuts some GREAT off-the-cuff promos. He's on fire in the indies! We are going to sign him!
*6 months later*
Random Wrestler shows up a RAW and cuts a shitty scripted promo that has no real emotion behind it.
WWE: Who could have foreseen this!?
