He actually said “holy bleep”. Any criticism is deserved. Even from a cockrash like Graves.

Corey Graves seems like a dude that still gets shoved in to lockers and wedgied on coathangers to this very day

Mauro is f***ing garbage. You take an awesome moment like KO returning to NXT, with a crowd going absolutely apeshit, and pull the fakest-sounding, most cringeworthy call possible. Not even Striker's "I'm marking out, bro!" or "It's... Christian..." was that bad.

Some of y'all get stupid-pissed over the stupidest shit sometimes.
My god, he said 'holy bleep'. You want to call someone "f***ing garbage" over that? Really?
"f***ing garbage" is verbally abusing your coworkers. "f***ing garbage" is being racist. "f***ing garbage" is intentionally hurting others. "f***ing garbage" is exploiting people and firing them when they're hurt.
This was a dumb line.

Which is why I said earlier people shouldn’t really act appalled as they say way worst about Mauro almost every week. The rhetoric goes way over the line for a guy who is just really enthusiastic and has some dumb lines

Why do so many people in WWE choose to use Twitter like this?

I'm honestly curious, cause from where I'm at I don't think I've seen anyone I know that's in to NXT say a single nice thing about his commentary in years.

I'm not bothered by "holy bleep!" at all. But then I'm so used to it as a self-censor on my favorite sports radio show.

No, I call years of dumb lines, forced pop-culture references, and overbearing infodumps f***ing garbage. "Holy bleep" is just the cherry on a shit sundae. As terrible as virtually everybody else is at the desk across all WWE's shows, I can pretty much tune them all out to the point where they're just white noise. Mauro, on the other hand, is so aggressively awful he makes watching one of the most consistently great wrestling shows ever broadcast a chore to sit through. To clarify, I think Mauro is a fantastic guy as a person, and his professionalism and openness about the problems he deals with on a day-to-day basis are credit to the industry and to himself. I just think his work is absolutely abysmal and almost without merit.

I actually think it would lean in his favor, I think those that like him just don't speak up much.

I think those of us who don't are just a vocal minority.

I can’t speak for his popularity with anyone else but I have a group of friends I watch most major shows with and we don’t agree on a lot of things but we all love Mauro.
His enthusiasm is so genuine it just seems like a guy who loves wrestling and gets really excited watching it.
And the two Takeovers I’ve been too he got a huge pop when he made his entrance.

I know people that love Mauro and if you have been listening to him since MMA/Boxing you love him because he adds legitimacy to the product Im guessing the other side is people just don’t like him. People love him and hate him for the same reason, his enthusiasm. I don’t mind it, of course there is times where I’m like shut up Mauro because he forced a reference in but generally I rather have a guy very into his job instead of someone who just is there for a check

I don't find Mauro annoying in the slightest. Corey Graves however...

Mauro lays it on a bit thick sometimes but I like him. I get he can be polarising but I think the criticism he gets from some quarters is way over the top.
As for Corey, if he was having a go at Mauro he really should know better than that. It’s unnecessary from a co-worker when Mauro has well documented mental health issues.

It's nice to hear that he still has a lot of fans though, because even as someone that is very not in to his more recent commentary (which is a shame because I love him to death when he's doing MMA commentary), I love the guy as a person.
