Mauro absolutely deserved valid criticism after NXT, he was really bad and he's trying way too hard to get moments over, when he does not have to.
Graves however did it very poorly, and is another mark against him and this shitty social media attitude a lot of WWE wrestlers are taking. What benefit does this have for Graves? Nothing whatsoever, he just looks like a dick, and might have genuinely hurt someone in the process. Shit needs to change.

It doesn't matter what type of performance Mauro turned in.
Graves tried to humiliate the guy in a public setting. He bullies fans that criticize him that he only finds out about via vanity searching himself at 3 in the morning. The dude is a sack of shit and the company needs to do something about it.

Corey is one of those guys who tells people they wouldn't say anything to his face, then shits his pants when they do. I hate people like that. Keep hiding behind your phone, you punk bitch.

I think if it was different. Like if it was a take between colleagues sure. Doing this shit in public is classless. It shows a lack of professionalism. Even without the mental health issues. The shit Graves has said about Saxton and Phillips. The shit wrestlers say to each other. I f***ing hate this shit of it being a work and us getting too uptight about shit. Wwe hired mauro with his disability. Thank goodness mauro in wwe is an employee and an independent contractor. This is an hr meeting and a looooong discussion about social media with the entire company

Looks like he's sticking to his guns on this one.

Looks like he's sticking to his guns on this one. I'll be frank, this says way more about the environment this company has allowed to fester via social media than it does about Graves.

Remember a few years back when Vince did a podcast where he complained young guys weren't grabbing the brass ring as they weren't crawling all over each other, continually infighting to win his approval and half the roster generally weren't walking around feeling completely dispirited? Well, here we are. They just need to back wrestlers court.

Mauro enhances NXT shows and is one of the reasons I watch them. I watch main roster shows despite Corey Graves. And I thought Mauro did a great job last night, I am a hip hop head so I enjoyed the Chicago rap references. And I am sorry, but I would rather hear Mauro than what Beth has to say. When you have two color people, they are going to have to split their time with what the lead announcer leaves over, that is the problem with a 3 person team.

For people who think there is a chance this is not why Mauro wasn't there last night, one of Mauro's best friends replied to Corey by posting the same shit Corey did two days ago

Corey is 100% correct in his criticism. I don’t watch the product often these days, but Mauro was the worst part of NXT for me consistently. Is it possible the dig was from a kayfabe perspective with the Raw/SD/NXT feud that takes place almost every November? Don’t work yourself into a shoot brother - HH

Just for reference, the Eagles all-pro G Brandon Brooks had to leave the game with anxiety issues. He has had these issues for years, and although they seemingly were under control, they flared up yesterday. There has been nobody on his team, from coaches to teammates, who criticized him publicly, or as far as I know even privately, and this is the NFL. But Corey, you keep being you, because your boss is an old carny who eats this shit up.

So, rather than go through the proper channels to give his criticisms, Corey decides to go on Twitter to complain about a fellow employee's job performance for the entire world to see. I don't even care how valid the criticisms are and what Corey's intentions are for doing it, this isn't at all okay. I know this is WWE and Corey will probably be praised for doing this, but this would be at the very least suspension in a respectable company.

That's his response? I would fire him and bury him on the show. Then I would bury anyone in the company who sticks up for him too.

I used to work for the Pittsburgh Pirates. All I did was run their press dining room, but we were told never to comment on things to reporters or run down the players or organization on social media.
So even saying, "So-and-so should be traded." could lead to a warning or something. Outright saying a coworker sucks would be much worse.
I don't use social media. Any of it. Majority of it is toxic as hell. But about this...f*** Graves. Suspend him. Titus was suspended and almost fired for touching Vince for Christ sake.

So even saying, "So-and-so should be traded." could lead to a warning or something. Outright saying a coworker sucks would be much worse. I worked on a zero-hour contract on a hot dog stand in a major theme park and there were extensive social media restrictions on how we couldn't talk about anything relating to working on the job or film anything on the job or anything around those lines. Like I don't know if we could even say "On my way to Thorpe Park today!" without someone somehow noticing. If either of us, who were basically the customer service/behind the scenes people have social media restrictions, why don't the workers of a billion-dollar entertainment company known and watched across the world?

Mauro has proven yet again he is too fragile for the job. I don't like Corey but that tweet was so minor and benign, he doesn't deserve any backlash over it.
Mauro was unprofessional and I hate how people think he must be mollycoddled and devoid of criticism because of 'muh mental illness'
