Fire Hurney Fire Rivera Fire Turner Fire whoever our OL coach is Bench Allen This season is done. Reminder, when you don't fire a coach after a collapse the year before, you deserve your crappy year, David Tepper. 3 f***ing games where the game is on the line at the goal line and 3 games where we dont convert... I'm just f***ing done with this team...

Brady said a naughty word. his pick was bad, but after guys running wrong routes in multiple games and the o-line sucking again. I don't blame him as Bill f***ed him over just to say it was me and my defense these 20 years that made us great...smh Also Brady has been getting bash here for not throwing to these young guys well you see why he hasn't wanted to. Brady hasn't been that great either. I know people have called him dead for the last 5+ years, but his passes aren't crisp, he isn't terribly accurate and looks mediocre.

Agree, but I've never seen so many drops from Patriots and the o-line hasn't looked this bad since 2015. If they had more talent at WR, Brady wouldn't look thos bad in my opinion.

This one's over. The offense is just shit right now.
Not looking forward to all the endless "Bring back AB" calls on sports radio all week.

It was dumb to get rid of him in the first place. They didn't have to, the Patriots do better than anybody in keeping everything in house, keeping things quiet that they don't want let out.
Instead it's a 42 year old QB behind a garbage O line throwing to an injured Edelman, a decent #3 in Sanu, a somewhat decent #3 in Dorsett and unproven rookies and junk TE's.

Go for the 2... what was the delay of game for? Its now a 2 td game instead of a TD 2pt and a fg game.

If Trent Dilfer can win a Super Bowl with the 2000 Ravens, if Brad Johnson can win a Super Bowl with the 2002 Buccaneers, if a broken-down Peyton Manning can win a Super Bowl with the 2015 Broncos, I still believe this Patriots offense can win a Super Bowl while riding this defense. But they also need the defense to hold opposing offenses under 20 points because I have serious reservations about this offense topping three touchdowns in a game.

The mighty Patriots don’t look too mighty.
Ravens Seahawks Niners
Pats
The Rest (the Saints are also somewhere up there. We’ll find out where next Sunday)

Their Achilles heel seems to be the mobile QB and with Jackson, Watson, Mahomes and Allen the likely other AFC playoff teams then best of luck.

They never should signed him in the first place. The man is completely insane. Hell the Patriots tried to keep everything in house and let the allegations play out. All the man had to do was lay low and just play. But insted the idiot harrassed an accuser on Twitter and forced the Patriots' hand. Even if that didn't happen I'm convinced something else would have. The man is an attention whore who lives to create chaos. He is unable to behave. But that doesn't let the Pats off the hook for the offense. They had the whole offseason to adress the receviers and the tight ends but were unable to do it. Gronk had been slipping for a couple of years and they should have aquired somebody to be ready to takeover for him when he was ready to retire.

For a team down 28-9 with less then 10 minutes in the 4th they are running a hell of a lot.

But they also need the defense to hold opposing offenses under 20 points because I have serious reservations about this offense topping three touchdowns in a game. Honestly, that's why I think the 49ers have a very good chance at winning it all this season. All year the story for them has been, outside the QB position, they're by far the best overall team in the league. Their only flaw is that Jimmy Garoppolo has too much of the yips when it comes to getting intercepted. So what's the key to beating them in a playoff game? Forcing at least 3 or 4 INTs by him in a game? I don't know if that's that easy, because the 49ers around him are so great. Their D, O-Line and running game will greatly ease the pressure off Garoppolo and not force him to make bad throws. So you'd need to be a team good at making a QB's day a living hell, and also have your own QB that can score a lot. There are teams this year capable of all that, because there are several quarterbacks playing significantly better than Jimmy G, but it still sounds like a very tall task to eliminate San Francisco this year. Also, I fear I have to address something to you, because I think your crystal ball was slightly hazy. You foresaw the wrong Texas-based team to upend the Patriots in a regular season game. I had a bad pree-monition earlier today that the Texans could win this game. They're flat out clowning the Pats. And the Pats are also clowning themselves with, what, 15 or so penalties so far tonight? Like, yeesh.

They've been worse and worse each week.

Now that the Bengals won and it looks like the Colts aren't going to the playoffs, I think I'll look at something else.

The mighty Patriots don’t look too mighty. Ravens Seahawks Niners Pats The Rest (the Saints are also somewhere up there. We’ll find out where next Sunday) The Saints are tough to gauge; they're good, but they don't have a lot of convincing wins like the other top teams in the NFC do. I wouldn't be surprised if they won the Super Bowl or lost in the first round. Their entire offense right now is Michael Thomas, and I don't trust any of their other receivers or TE's to pick up the slack if somebody can figure out how to bottle him up.
