Can WWE 2K20 be nominated for most disappointing or embarrassing moment? The release of the game with so many glitches is a very disappointing moment.

That’s a bit tricky, because that’s something that didn’t happen as part of a TV storyline. Could open too much of a Pandora’s Box since then it could just end up leading to a ton of off-screen stuff getting nominated. I’m leaning towards no at this point.

I mean, if it's relevant to something that happened on-screen that won an award, I'll mention it, but if I counted one off-screen thing I'd have to count them all and then all the bad awards would just go to off-screen stuff because that's the stuff that people REALLY get mad about. (Or else I'd be doing a writeup for the "WWE Still Doesn't Have A Union Memorial Award for Most Disappointing Moment")

It probably deserves a look for the category even without it, but is it a valid reason in itself?

At the very least, it's probably the better of the two Saudi shows for not having anything on its card as brutal as Goldberg/Taker or DX/BoD.

Seems like a gaping hole.

Besides, there’s enough bad stuff happening on-screen, surely? Yet you know you are going to receive a bunch of nomination for that kind of stuff anyway. It would probably be better served to give them a place to go instead of needing to repeat yourself to people a bunch of times over each individual example, and then have to reject nominations anyway.

Keeping these awards to on-screen stuff hasn’t been a problem the entire time I’ve done these. The voters have been good like that for me. I bring up off-screen stuff when it’s relevant, but we’ve never had a situation where a totally off-screen incident has won one of these things. At least, not once I streamlined the awards (you see why 2014 is in two parts... I went wild that year). And I did the “Make your own Snowcone” thing last year that might have covered some of it, but I was dropping that this year because I’m doing all the added AEW stuff. It’s why I’ve never really thought about it.

The Fox deal, Expanded Saudi Deal (and purported lack of payment), the plane incident, Contract Lockdowns for people who want to leave, CM Punk on Backstage (not a WWE show, so technically wouldn't be eligible as a thing right now), Seth Rollins on Twitter, Mauro/Graves, and lol2k20; and that's just stuff from the latter half of the year that feels kinda year-defining for WWE. I mean, I guess you can do it however you like, but I'd prefer to have the option to at least nominate some of these things for -something-. It feels wrong or incomplete to leave them out entirely from the picture of this company's year.

I think a Worst social media of Wrestling category would be good were we can nominate the worst of the year that happened outside the TV Shows and Pay Per Views.
Just a suggestion.

So will - for example - my votes count is I ONLY vote on the AEW and combined awards?
I've watched some WWE...but not enough to really do voting on the catagories justice because I'd mostly be going by a few things I've seen and mostly off of what I've read here, on twitter and on Cageside Seats.
AEW, on the other hand...

AEW, on the other hand... You do what you feel confident in doing. If you want to skip over some categories because you haven’t watched enough of one brand, that’s fine, I’m just saying be reasonable and don’t send in a ballot that’s just one or two categories and the rest blank.

I'm gonna be participating for first time! It's pretty fun to even think of favourite moments from this year, ' haven't done this anywhere else either in many, many, many years.
