Imagine 4 months from now, he comes back as a jacked up monster and destroys Brock in seconds. "Remember that time you kicked my ass at the commentary table? Well, guess what. I'm back bitch." You thought it was going to be a former Shield member, but it was me! Dio! And he'll become ZA WARUDO Wrestling Entertainment champion.

Yeah, unless it's technically an entertainment story, I think it's pretty safe to assume that any "wrestling-centric" stories will be broken by Ryan. They have some pretty obvious relationships with other entertainment pubs, too. There's no reason for The Wrap to post some of the stuff that they do, but it's because WWE typically loves giving them exclusives. Didn't they randomly give an exclusive to TMZ at some point? Because considering the most credible reports they get are when people die, that was weird. Yeah, they like TMZ Sports, too. I think Kane was on there a few days ago in a pretty obviously placed video story, similar to when Darren Young came out. But The Wrap will occasionally post something like "Sasha Banks returns to Raw tonight: exclusive!" and it's just downright weird.

I mean, if he's debuting on Raw soon hopefully they can build some momentum for the guy especially off standing up to Brock. If he's just going back to the NXT Florida circuit then what was the f***ing point of that? Firstly, thanks OP cause now I know why that WWE Backstage segment is call the 'Satin Sheet' I thought it didn't make any sense to have stripper muzak for a random gossip segment until now. And I agree with the quote, when Dio Madden stood up to Brock Lesnar he was like TALLER than Brock, looked fearless, and I kinda felt sorry that he was stuck behind a desk and not wrestling his way up the ladder to get himself into a position to be a legit #1 Conteder for Brock with his current physique/potential. WWE fixed that with Dio going back to the Performance Center and bringing in Samoa Joe as a more-than-apt replacement commentator, so I'm extremely happy with this Satin Sheet newsbyte. But I would be MORE happy if he had a blow-off random RAW match with Brock Lesnar before he went back to 'basic training' because he definitely looked like a punk just taking an F5 and never being seen on RAW again. Let the man save some face in a legit match, even if it'll end with him eating a pinfall loss before he goes to NXT.

He'll be out of the company for good in 3 months to 3 years, in a non-descript news article within that time.
He did not voluntarily leave the table to redo his in-ring career. It was a euphemism to state that management thought he was boring & shy & lacked some charisma.
Perhaps they were impatient, perhaps they felt he couldn't handle such a very very important vital role right now.
Regardless, he would have stayed as commentator if they let him & allowed him, I believe.
I really hope we see him again in either capacity. But WWE I feel wants to boot him (especially Vince) and they lied about it with euphemisms.

Good. Let him get back to doing his thing but get King the f*** off commentary I love how Lawler was apparently brought back because (and this is according to Lawler himself I believe) Vince didn't want a commentary team of just two young guys on the "flagship" show. Why the f*** would you give Vic and Madden the Raw jobs in the first place then if you don't really trust them?

Also can we talk about the fact that WWE's strategy for the past few months has been to discredit every other reporter and basically put their eggs in the "Ryan Satin" basket with stuff like this? It could have been worse. It could have been Brad Shepard on tv with this stuff.

That's pretty much it. Like, I have no doubt if someone asked about it, they could just say "Well, he has a Fox contract so he's got nothing to do with us" which is technically true but there is a reason he's on that show and seems to get some exclusives. Yeah, unless it's technically an entertainment story, I think it's pretty safe to assume that any "wrestling-centric" stories will be broken by Ryan. Didn’t The Wrap officially break the news of Smackdown going to FOX?

God you really have to just literally be Vince McMahon to come up with that idea.
