Sean Waltman as back to back inductee is really insulting to anyone with common sense. WWE tries so hard to make themselves look like institution with vertical setup, rules and values but that's all smoke screen, it's a darn play yard with fancy building and big business money. Pulling strings so obvious anyone can see how arrogant you could be is the low life stuff.

I had always thought that whenever they got around to inducting the NWO, it’d just be the original three. I’m not against inducting Waltman, but I always associated him with DX before I would the NWO.

How many other members of the extended nWo are in the HoF already?
Wait, it already includes all four of these guys, right?
Why are they doing this?

I don't mind Waltman getting the nod again but if any other member of the nWo was going to get inducted besides the original three it should have been Eric Bischoff. Not only behind the scenes for creating the nWo but for his on-screen character. He was one of the biggest heels in the company during his nWo run. Hell the dude took a jackknife powerbomb through the stage for that angle. Unheard of at the time.

Yay for Batista!
Full on "**** this company" for going out of their way to put the racist orange goblin into their HoF *again*.

Why with all these double hall of famers though? Are they really running out of new people to put in? Yes. They only do one deceased guy a year. Not counting legacy inductions, though with Luna last year that list is getting more current as well. A lot of guys like Show, Rock, Kane, Taker aren’t officially retired. There’s so many people not on good terms. Due the concussion lawsuit or sneezing in front of Vince. There’s only so many guys that could headline. I love JBL and Christian but they aren’t going to headline a class. Here’s a pretty good list of all the guys not inducted yet: www.notinhalloffame.com/wwe

It’s probably just a case of WWE wanting to induct the NWO gimmick more than anything. I’m personally okay with multi-time Hall of Famers, personally. Eric Clapton is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame four or five times with different bands, right?

Shouldn't Bischoff be part of the NWO induction as well? I mean, that would be awkward given when just happened, but he was a pretty "core" member as well. Exactly. Unless it comes out that Bischoff declined the invitation, it feels really hollow not to include him for a nWo induction.

Eric Clapton is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame four or five times with different bands, right? I looked it up earlier today and he has three: individually, Yardbirds and Cream. I thought he had more, but figured Derek and the Dominos and Blind Faith weren’t going to be inducted based on one album, no matter how good that album was.

I don't know if they're running out of people, as there's tons of talent worthy, but more so money draws for the HOF are slim. Hence double inductions. Now over the next 5 years they still have money draws in Rock, Taker, Cena, The Hardy's and maybe Punk. In the next 10 years you got The New Day and maybe The Shield but all those guys could still be active. After those two faction they really haven't bulit big money draws. Would WWE even try to induct the Shield if Moxley continues to be a big star for AEW (and assuming AEW will be around in five years time)? Vince is insane so who knows lmao, but yeah I'd lean towards no in the next 5, but in 2030 I wouldn't be shocked if Dean was done.

Waltman's probably going in because he was the only guy they carried over from WCW into both the WWE return and the Sting/Triple H match (I think?) besides the original three and they've also been using him for stuff a lot recently like 2k20 and watch along.

In case anyone doesn't know who he tagged in it Dave has requested Finlay to induct him. You know the WWE would have killed to have Chris Pratt induct Big Dave for the exposure. Good on him to ask for one of the more unsung heroes of the WWE to induct him.

Why did I think nWo already went in? Because the four they are inducting already are.

I was wondering why the hell they'd including Syxx, and then it dawned on me that Pac was in both DX and the nWo, and that's why they're including him. Still should just be the original 3, though. Or maybe those 3 guys with Bischoff.
