How Do You Think John Wick Ends?

Most likely will talk about John Wick 3 so just know there will be spoilers if you didn't watch it.

So I was rewatching all 3 movies this weekend and obviously there is higher stakes with each given movie and Wick finding himself entangled in messes he has to keep getting himself out of 

At the end of 3 where Winston shot him off the roof, he is going team up with the bowery king who is tired of The High Table and their rules. One would think this all leads to The Elder with John going to reclaim his wedding ring but you can never count who turns on him and what may happen

Keanu has said he'll keep continue making them until he can no longer do so. John Wick is one of those series where I can't picture how it'll actually end.

They keep finding creative ways to make all the action meaningful and different and add on the fact they still have a bunch of lore to explore if they want to

Part of me wants Wick to just get his god damn happy ending. Or, as close to it as he can get. He goes off and lives peacefully with his dog.

The other part of me thinks given the way the storytelling has played out across the trilogy in a very classical way that if it ends sometime soon it may end in a tragic sort of way (depending on your viewpoint) and

{Spoiler}end with John sitting at the head of the table, the new Elder, with every resource imaginable to him, but completely and absolutely miserable and dead inside for having lost everything that was keeping his shreds of humanity intact.

Yea I don’t disagree with that. In a way the peace he wants, he can only get from the top

Even at the end of 3 with Winston, it doesn’t seem like full on betrayal but it also doesn’t come across like Wick knew that would happen either.
