Like, aren't you just happy the way you are? Although losing weight and maintaining a healthy body is important, the need to rush out and try every fad thing that pops out just cause somebody says so screams "insecurity", but the sad truth is the Weight Loss business is a multibillion dollar industry due to our start and stop process as far as wanting to overcome our body's metabolism and our access to high sugar and sodium products, caused by decades of everyone listening to bad science (I mean, just look up Ancel Keys's Seven Nations Study where he ignored nations that ate a lot of lean meats but had low heart issues and nations that didn't eat meat but had poor health due to other dietary troubles and just came to the conclusion that all fats, instead of the obvious trans fats, were to blame for the growing cholesterol and heart disease epidemic). That's why we got lots of fad diets and plenty of these pills peddled.

I didn't mean to hijack the thread, but as someone who suffers from binge eating and constantly feels like crap due to being overweight, seeing stuff like this is a constant irritant.
