Hope it's merely a mild form, and that she's able to continue performing.

Holy shit, that's f***ing horrible, hope that it's the mildest form of Bells Palsy, as a fan of Viper, I hope she's OK.

I'm not surprised she's finding the positives.

So how long until Vince shows up on NXT UK with a terrible Scottish accent?

Glad she's managing to keep positive about it at least but still, all the best to her. Sounds very rough.

So how long until Vince shows up on NXT UK with a terrible Scottish accent? That’s my fear....this is the company who’s boss/owner mocked a former commentator for having the same condition.

I've been a fan of Viper for a good while and I just love her social media game, but I do genuinely find it amazing how she can have this potentially horrible condition and yet be so damn chill about it. That's incredible, I don't know what I'd do if I found out that I had Bells Palsy of any degree, but I wouldn't be as chill about it as Viper. Mad respect to her.

Damn that sucks. Hopefully it’s not too serious and she can recover.

I think that times are different now, I mean, not that it was or should ever be acceptable to mock someone with Bells Palsy, but if they tried that today with Viper, they'd get ripped apart and rightfully so.

Sucks to hear. I think she's the best "big woman" in wrestling right now.
I hope she comes out of this okay.

That sucks, hope she recovers from it soon.
Didn't Sarah Stock have the same thing happen to her when she was still in TNA? Strangely enough, though, it was called "facial paralysis" by her and others, not Bell's Palsy, unless this was something slightly different.

I was shocked just now when I googled to learn more about Bell’s Palsy and found out so many big name celebrities have been diagnosed with it over the years, including George Clooney and Angelina Jolie. Obviously the severity of each case can differ wildly, so let’s all hope Piper’s is as mild as possible. She’s a heck of a talent, and by all accounts, an even better person. That sucks, hope she recovers from it soon. Didn't Sarah Stock have the same thing happen to her when she was still in TNA? Strangely enough, though, it was called "facial paralysis" by her and others, not Bell's Palsy, unless this was something slightly different. I thought about this too when I came into the thread. She had some form of facial paralysis and wrestled in a mask that covered the affected part of her face for a while.
