With Seth as a heel now, who do you think is gonna be the next face of Monday night raw? KO sounds like a good short term solution (much like how Eddie was before Cena for Smackdown), but who should be the next long term face for Raw? I think they are going for Aleister Black and mania 37 would be a good time to crown him by conquering the heel dynasty Seth Rollins

It's definitely KO right now. Black could easily be the top face if they booked him correctly, but he's also only a year younger than KO if you think KO's age is an issue.

Why can’t KO be long term? The guys already 36 right? I mean I guess he can, but I was thinking more of a younger guy

If Buddy Morphy and Aleister keep doin what they are doing and WWE does not bork it up it will be those two.
Or if they turn him babyface...maybe Andrade.

Owens. He's a dope lead as a face too. I mean I'd be down for an Owens/Lesnar match.

It's humberto. Eventually the crowds will hate him. Then it will cause him to join a faction, preferably a latin one. Where he will change his name to El Malo and display an electric personality the likes we have never seen.
Boom I have saved wrestling for another 10 years. Pay me my 500k fee.

In order of importance:
Owens > Aleister > Ricochet

If only we trusted them to do right by Rusev, he should be in the conversation. Easily.

It depends on a couple of factors, including the succession plan in place for after Vince cedes control of WWE in order to manage XFL (if he really wants that to succeed he's going to have to cede control of WWE); the deal with Fox over Smackdown; how much Vince is willing to spend to keep talent on the roster and who he sees as the talents he wants to keep (and pay hugely for.) Right now, it looks as though it'll be either KO or Samoa Joe who's filling or about to fill the top babyface slot, though with Lesnar currently holding the main title it could well be a returning Cain Valesquez getting the nod. If Paul and Steph are able to get the reins from Vince, I can see them bringing back Finn (after making him an offer he would be genuinely foolish to refuse - like Cena levels if not more, along with a bigger cut on the merch) as well as giving someone like Alesteir Black a push into the main event.
But Trips is more about creating depth on a roster and having multiple options all the way down the card - there's not so much the one "Chosen One" as there might be the Favoured Five or so from among which he can select for champion at that moment, and from which he can select any number of backup options in the event of injury, Wellness or conduct violations, etc. I don't think Paul likes having to scramble for Plan B when he can more easily have B, C and D on deck should something happen to A. So he would probably love to have KO _and_ Joe _and_ Finn _and_ Ciampa _and_ Lee _and_ Black, for example, rather than rely on KO and having to pivot without a plan should KO get injured.

At the moment the top face on Raw is pretty clearly Becky. She's the most marketed person they've got, she's the biggest merch seller, and she's the one they protect the most. And while it's not like she's doing anything as champion the belt is at least being talked about like it's important, which puts it way above the US title changing hands every couple of minutes, the tag titles being used to plug KFC, and that other thing that might as well not exist so long as Brock has it.

Five years ago I wouldn't said "Brock Lesnar, still" but honestly?
Brock Lesnar, still.

I just hope WWE doesn't depress Owens, so he'll stay in shape. Him as lead is pretty great, if McMahon's aren't involved...
There is not really anybody I see in this role.
Before Omega signed with AEW, I thought he could be the lead in big fresh matches for years to come. But can't think of anyone right now. Velveteen Dream or Keith Lee could have that "aura".

I'm shocked that Booker T didn't make that a catchphrase with his King gimmick.
