Is it just me, or does Mox look like he's lost some muscle mass recently? Makes me wonder if he's got some injuries going on, and if the Exploding Barbed Wire match is a convenient way to write him off to heal up and go be a dad. It probably is, more indication of that would be if he drops the US Belt to KENTA as well. Injury or not Mox is gonna need to take some time off, you have to sell that the Exploding Barbed Wire Deathmatch is a big deal. Omega might not even wrestle for a bit after the fact

Omega might not even wrestle for a bit after the fact If I were a booker, one of my top rules is "If you wrestle a match that's advertised as dangerous, you're not wrestling again for at least a month". Promos, sure. Maybe a satellite interview where you're at home nursing your injuries to show it, even. But if you want death matches and the like to mean something, make them mean something. Keep them few and far between, and make sure both guys act like they've been through hell and looked at the devil himself at the end of it.

Watching Vickie Guerrero's appearance on Unrestricted, it honestly kind of sells me more on her as a manager. She really talks up Nyla and how Nyla chose her, the amount of respect she has for her, and that she knows someday, Nyla's certainly going to put her through a table, but that she'd want it to be her to do it.
She also put over, if asked who she'd like to manage, a few people like Ivelisse and Diamante, that she personally wants to manage people she thinks embody meanness in the ring. Put over Abadon and Wardlow, of all people, too, though I do think Ivelisse and Diamante would be a good fit for her, especially since Diamante is a fixture in Spanglish segments with her, anyway.

Im shocked she isn't managing La Sicaria's right now, they really need a direction, and it could lead to some potential down the line like them and Nyla in trios matches to get more girls on cards.

Was Cody's departure from The Elite every really acknowledged on Dynamite? They just seemed to have distanced him from the Elite crowd and BTE to focus on Nightmare Family. So, yeah, was it mentioned at all does anyone know?

I do wish she managed La Sicara too but maybe they don't do it because La Sicara are kind of a mid-card women's tag team, and are just a Dark team. I think if they had the Vixens in a storyline, La Sicara makes sense. There was the Brandi stuff, but I think Brandi getting pregnant and Swole getting injured derailed the storyline. And also pushing out Jade being a wrestler until next week. Vickie, Nyla, Jade and La Sicara would make a sick heel group, and if Dark becomes more of a storyline show, then it would be perfect. Especially when Swole comes back.

I have a feeling that Anthony Ogogo might be making his in-ring debut soon. He's really been ramping up his training since coming back stateside. Could be a good guy to feature on Elevation.

Marbles Mouth Agogo. They really did put him in a great spot of watching so many matches on Dark and learning from Taz and Excaliber. He's going to come in with a lot of psychology.

Moxley's promo is a prime example of why I hate JR's reductive "it's all about the money" crap.
Did that sound like a guy primarily worried about how much he's being paid?

It’s interesting that Max Caster is getting a look as a singles guy. I think he is going to be a huge star. He is big, like sneaky Billy Gunn big (see his match against Marko), he is charismatic, and getting better in the ring. He reminds me of Rocky in 1997-ish. Not sure what they means for Bowens as his hype man, but it feels like Max is on his way. I agree. Max Caster has star written all over him. I think Bowens is a natural face, and has a great story, and will be fine on his own or in another tag team. But Caster, just the way he moves in the ring, feels like he has another level he can reach. He's also just naturally swarmy and pushes buttons. I could easily see him out douching MJF. And I legit HATE that hand kissing thing, yet in another way, I like how disrespectful it is. I didn’t know anything about Bowens’ background so your post made me do some research. Agreed. It’s a good story and now I am rooting for them even more.

Penta and Fenix are opening a Lucha store in LA: This looks interesting. I would drive down to LA once the pandemic ends.

I loved hearing her in that interview. She has such a unique viewpoint on things. I think a stable of her, Nyla, Ivellisse and Diamante would be f***ing great.

Honestly, I think the Nyla/Vickie pairing will work so much better once they turn face, it'll give them more opportunity to showcase the fun they have together.
So what's with Shanna and not being able to get out of the bridge she uses on her finisher? Iss that an actual thing where she locks uo, or some keyfabe thing I don't get?

Taz has been interpreting it as her being stuck, and sounds pretty serious when he says that that's an actual thing. From Shanna's expressions and the refs patting her to get her to break, I've interpreted it more as Shanna showing off that she is so good that she could have won even if she had to get more than a 3-count.

Kinda curious if that's why we haven't seen Shanna much lately, maybe she's trying to make sure she gets her bridge down.

Had a dream last night they changed Dynamite's intro song to "Dynamite" by BTS.
Same graphics and footage and everything, but set to BTS.

Odd question for anyone in fashion: Would Leyla Hirsch look taller if she wore bigger boots or long tights?
She's apparently only two inches shorter than Leva and Yuka... but looks tiny no matter what while the others don't.

She's apparently only two inches shorter than Leva and Yuka... but looks tiny no matter what while the others don't. I think the reason she stands out as shorter is a babyface (that the makeup team has been trying to mitigate, I think) and unusual proportions. Her arms look a bit short and her head is kind of small, and on top of that, she's absolutely ripped. (I saw someone call her "tiny Lesnar," and that's...not wrong.) The combination of shortness, youthful looks, and obvious physical strength creates a very strong impression.
