The great thing about stables is that you can have guys learn and grow on the job while the more polished acts do the heavy lifting. So while he's not very good, if he's around it usually means some of the other DO guys are too, so I'm never really like "ugh, this guy." It's a good spot for him right now.

10 being a big brother type to Negative One. Said as much on their Unrestricted appearance. That guy can take all the time he needs to find himself, I back him a hundred percent just for being a good human.

On the flipside to Pres10 Vance...
Upon first seeing Alan Angels wrestle against Kenny Omega (last Spring during the Nightmare Factory taped Darks, I think?), I coulda swore he was like Robert Anthony and a 10+ year veteran part-timer who had been grinding on the indies for years getting a big shot.
He was 22 at the time!
(5 sure does look very young in the face... maybe it was the dumb chest tats that made him feel so grizzled to me.)

Can we appreciate how in less than a year Eddie Kingston went from being on the Indies to literally being one of AEW's front and center stars? Literally sending crowds home happy with his promos and being the current frontline defense against The Elite and their BS
Dude is gonna be mad over on the road. It's just really awesome to see as expected once Kingston got that opportunity he more than ran with it.

Its funny how Konnan did the whole politics talk better than Cody. If you're gonna have someone talk about the struggles of minorities, it should be yknow... a minority themselves. Helped he also didn't dwell on it and go in circles like Cody did in the end.

Seeing Jericho be a little bitch on a podcast and Shotzi doubling down on her joke is hilarious. Jericho has such a fragile ego, it's amazing lmao

What was he defending the use of the crash pad? If so I can't imagine why he wouldnt be a bit bitchy since he still fractured his elbow on the bump.

Yeah he said something a long the lines of Some chick was making fun of me and she shouldn't have. She probably wasn't trained any better. She'll be fired in 6 months anyway and will look for a job in AEW and well I'll remember that. Or something to that extent. Like dude come on, no need to say shit like she's gonna get fired and I'm gonna stop her working here. Get over it. Yeah he hurt his elbow but it's not like Shotzi knew that at the time and it looked bad. Just move on instead of spouting shit like this

I was expecting Shayna to say anything about that but cant because of the Alexa stuff lol.
The whole blackballing wrestlers aspect, idk, Hyan, Konnan talked trash about AEW and they were at Dailys last night.

Damn, reading the responses to Eddie's post are hilarious. He is talking about the PC graduates that never came up through wrestling which he has mentioned in previous interviews. There is no way that adults are crying over someone saying that you lack passion. 😂😂😂

Its funny how Konnan did the whole politics talk better than Cody. Probably because Konnan's promo came from a real place of real lived experiences and not empty mid-00s "We had a black president so racism is over" rhetoric that's only ever been a smokescreen to avoid talking about reality.

If I was Jericho, I wouldn't have necessarily said what he said about Shotzi. But I also understand that he fractured his arm and came close to hitting his head on the hard part of the ramp so I can get being pissed at someone in your profession openly mocking a bump that legit f***ed you up a bit.

It was a mixture of you're jealous that you never made it to WWE or that they weren't interested, you're obsessed, you're out of shape and one person mentioned the sparklers. I could just picture Eddie passing himself laughing as he read through the comments.

For those interested, the bottom seems to have fallen out on MJF's whole $MJFcoin experiment. It's down BIG.

True Eddie is someone who has thick skin unlike lets say Jericho.
Btw how long until a talent snaps at the what chants? Last week the what chants were very annoying.

A friend that I got into wrestling has been binging early Dynamite, and she messaged me to ask, "What move is everyone going for when they bend over during the rope running bit? Everyone counters it before it happens."
I sent her a video of a back body drop.
She confirmed that she had yet to see anyone actually do this move despite seeing its counter constantly.
It's hilarious how wrestling can develop these weird little routines that are so overdone - because they're based on something that used to be way overdone - that they have lost all meaning.

It wasn't until my mid-20s that I discovered that a drop-down was supposed to trip the opponent. It was always just a thing that wrestlers did that no one questioned.
