Now that it is nearly over, how would you rate WWE in the 10's?

I thought that the title was “WWE. The Debacle” and was going to come in to post that I was in agreement,

Stuff I actually enjoyed this decade -
Nexus debut.... and JUST the debut The Shield Daniel Bryan Punks year long reign Cena/Rock All the TNA guys coming to WWE like Styles, Joe and Roode NXT becoming WWE’s “Indy” brand Gameshow NXT... yeah I said it Funhouse Bray Wyatt/The Fiend Original Bray Wyatt and Wyatt Family before he got stale and repetitive Woken Matt Hardy Cena’s US Challenge and feuds with Owens and AJ The women’s division being taken seriously Ronda in WWE AJ Lee
Probably missing quite a bit here but those are the first things that come to mind.

6/10 maybe. The main roster's quality dropped while NXT's rise really helped keep things interesting. Felt like a year where so much potential was kneecapped too early.

Feels like the decade peaked near the middle and fell off the cliff the last year or two. 6/10 would probably be accurate. The great stuff was brilliant, though it's lows we're such that brought it down significantly.

the great stuff has been great...…..but most of it was in the first half of the decade
since then the decade has been defined by a super forced push of Charlotte and Roman, and a super god unbeatable no show champion Brock Lesnar for the most part

I wasn't here for 2010 or the first half of 2011, but the rest of it gets a 6 from me.

This decade is probably going to be defined by WWE’s reluctance to fully take chances on the hot hands, right back to the start of it with The Nexus. I don’t think it’d be possible to have gone with every single one as some of them would have halted the progress of others, but it’d be a much different WWE I feel if they gave Barrett a title run through 2010-2011, did more with Punk in 2011, didn’t cut off Ryder at the knees in 2012, gave Cesaro a stronger singles run in 2014, etc.
That said, this decade has given some of the most joyous moments of my time in wrestling fandom. I refuse to ignore that for the sake of the other point. Punk at Money In The Bank 2011, WrestleMania 30, the rise of NXT into WWE’s most consistently strong programming and Lynch’s ascent into main event stardom, among others.
6 seems about right.

6/10. NXT's had its ups and downs, but has still been a better product than Raw and Smackdown since it moved away from the game show format (Redemption was entertaining as well).
That being said, too many great moments ruined later by Vince's stubbornness and returning to the status quo, which has led to a sharp decline of the fanbase.

The first half is mostly defined by the WWE's reluctance, and in many cases failure, to strike while the iron was hot with big acts in big ways: Nexus, Punk, Bryan at first, hell even Ryback. The second half is mostly defined by WWE's attempted transition into a global-level oligarchy of wrestling, putting strangle holds on talent and ballooning into a massive indy worker-devouring machine, with a greater focus on acquiring highly skilled in-ring workers, but declining creative directions.
I would assume, moving forward, they hope to define their next decade as one of transition into a consistently high quality in-ring product defined by the long-awaited transition to Triple H's leadership and the declining involvement of Vince and the usual hands, which depending on how you look at it has already begun in some areas.
