As a fan of both guys, this is pathetic they should’ve retired years ago.

Fedor was a beast in his prime, it’s discouraging to see him out there now.

I voted for Rampage because no one else had... punchers chance is always a thing.
These type of fights are always a curiosity to me. Forever the optimist I hope someone has a Rocky Balboa age defying moment... instead of a short fight where everyone is gassed early.

This is probably the most interesting fight of the year for me. I'm hoping it will be Wanderlei vs. Stann @ Japan kinds of late good. \o/ I voted Fedor as I want him to fight outside UFC gatekeepers for eternity, it's always more fun than a bunch of jobbers show. e: I want to see Fedor vs. Ortiz after this, somebody needs to hammer that big head.

I’ll go with Rampage. Fedor at this point is a walking glass chin

Fedor because if the fight gets to the ground its almost instantly over. However its not a done deal because Fedor has developed a glass chin so one good punch and it would all be over

Once upon a time I would have told you that Fedor takes Rampage's arm back to The Ukraine.
I don't know what happened to Fedor, be it age, injuries, having to adhere to American state athletic standards, or just flat out not having the hunger to dominate anymore, but he's a shell of his former self.
He went from having the most feared ground n' pound in the game to being a glass cannon headhunter. If Rampage can handle the storm, he's got this.

How many hours until this starts? o,O From what I can tell it starts at 10 PM ET on Paramount Network. If I watch it, I’ll probably do it after as I plan to pass out not long after that

Beyond the pure sadness that is this fight even happening, it's a f***ing weird one to try and pick. Like, you can't even really compare their records because their most recent losses are nearly all to the same set of dudes that are completely past it.
If I had to pick, I'm going with Fedor, because my memories of Rampage this decade all involve him being miserably tentative on the feet, even in fights that he won. If Rampage looks even vaguely like his old self though, Fedor is gonna get murdered.

Of course it was also really sad when Fedor lost to Meathead and Bader. The sad thing with Fedor and Rampage is it’s a perfect storm of fighter exploitation. Bellator loves freak show fights and has money. Fedor and Rampage both have super impressive records and name value that can be tarnished for years before they overshadow their legacies. I just hope if Bellator is still booking these guys years from now Fedor and Rampage go the Bob Sapp route rather than the Gary Goodridge one.

Father Time has already won.
Both these guys fighting when 2020 is just days away is sad.

My gut says Fedor, so conversely I’d put money on Rampage.
