I know that the Dark Order have been criticised for a lot of things, very rarely it being about their actual in-ring ability, but they do have seemed to turn a lot of people around (myself included) with their vignettes about manipulating the most down-trodden members of society and disguised as a cheesy and goofy commercial was brilliant.
But I do see a lot of people in general having an issue with Uno's body-type, but I don't really see the issue with it, it makes him stand out if anything and it's not effecting his in-ring work. People always say that they want different body types in pro wrestling and then, when we get someone like Evil Uno, people mock him for being "fat". It's like the wrestlers can't win with how they look.
Also, when did wrestling become a bodybuilding contest? It's not about how many abs you have, it's about how well you do in the ring and how you connect with the audience. If Uno was slow or out of shape, then I could understand the criticism, but his size doesn't seem to be a hinderence at all.
Look at how ripped and jacked the rest of the tag teams are, almost all of them barring Andy Williams/The Butcher from The Butcher and The Blade, are all insanely toned and defined and someone like Uno stands out instantly just because he looks more like an average joe, but he can do things that someone of his body-type probably shouldn't be able to do.
He works better as the cult leader that way. What’s more likely to garner recruits: a regular looking guy like Uno or a dude that’s super ripped. Uno is too busy tricking people into joining to go to the gymnasium,

It's funny because if you've followed his career, Uno has ALWAYS had an issue with weight fluctuation in his career. Look at some of his stuff from 05 and it doesn't even look like the same person, he got more of the body type he'd chunk up around 08-10, lose the weight again, and then husk up again to what he is now. And honestly it works very well for the team dynamic too.
