I'm kind of surprised they did this. Seems like they can dish it out but not take it. If they don't have thick skin then their doing the right thing by leaving ( they'll be back on twitter within 6 months ).
But overall it's a bad look IMO. When it's a love fest it's all good, get some criticism and run ?
This is why this entire time I have said the only guy In charge that I trust I Cody. Cody meets criticism head on and does it with class. I love Omega but the womens division have alot to be desired.
Sometimes it seems like the Bucks and Omega for right now are in over their heads trying to juggle all their responsibilities, but it's still early and have plenty time to improve.

As someone who does internet for a living and needs to be on social media constantly, I can attest that anyone who can get away from it should.

Just so I don't get in any trouble? Is anyone implying that they're thin skinned for leaving Twitter? If it's better for them then why shouldn't they leave? Why do some fans expect wrestlers to just take all this bullshit and never get fed up of it? Wrestler's are people too, shock of all shocks. Why should they be criticised for not putting up with bullshit?

As if it was a "YOU CAN'T FACE THE TRUTH" situation(which is not).

It also got good amount of praises. Like, they still read a bunch of online opinion, I remember they said they take feedback from many difference online medias. And it is also the holidays, the perfect time to do it. That probably won't change ,but less they have to handle the unnecessary part the better. The Bucks NEVER shied away from addressing critics(even if tongue in cheek), so now that there might be a 5% chance it is because of that, people are jumping at the chance of trying to tear then down.

Some of the comments on this thread (and on Twitter of course) are why people still don't come forward about their mental health problems. Shameful.

Idk the whole notion of "If you're gonna bash Rollins and praise when he leaves Twitter and feel sorry that the Bucks left" hypocrite notion doesn't sit right with me, especially considering how much Rollins also needed to get away, and you could tell he needed to
I don't think the Bucks are getting away because they're thin skinned and can't take it. I think it's just getting to a point where they don't wanna deal with the Twitter headache, where they could before, now they have legit business responsibilities and I guess want to focus more on making things better. Frankly, I would want them to be doing that like Rollins, rather than banter with fans or waste time on something meaningless.
It's bad timing and gives fuel to people to say "THEY COULDN'T HANDLE FEEDBACK OVER THE DARK ORDER SEGMENT" even though a lot of people LIKED that segment too, I didn't hear it being critically panned at all, yeah some people didn't like it, but it's not like it was being called the worst segment of the year, the only thing really bad out of it were those punches and they've made light of it
I think the way people have responded further reflects and highlights why the Bucks were right to get away from the sight in the first place. Just do you and forget it if it isn't worth it, because trust me, Twitter isn't worth it. Best of luck to whoever takes over the account though, they'll need it.

Yeh it wasn't universially loved, people still have a bad taste of the old Dark Order, which is fair. But some people ,that don't even watch, just jump on it as if people were despising the segment as a whole and bucks are thin skinned.Almost purposely overblowing the situation in any way they can.

Not everyone liked when Rollins quit twitter, I will say that I didnt like when the IWC forced Claire Lynch to quit Impact(even though her work was terrible but she didnt deserve that kind of cyberbullying)

Social media is an absolute mess because people can act like giant jerks since there's the distance of the internet around them. Even when they have legit criticsm, people state in jerkass ways they absolutely never would in real life. I constantly think about getting rid of my facebook and twitter for this reason, but there's a few people I only keep up with through it.

What I don't get about social media is people @ ing someone to talk shit or criticise them directly.
I understand going on a geeky forum like we all do and just talking shit and being supernerds about what we don't like. I've been doing it here myself for over a decade. I have a lot of fun with it.
But going out of you way to talk shit directly to someone is so mindnumbingly bonkers to me I just can't get the mindset of *why*. It all just seems mean.

The appeal of twitter being "oh I get to talk with my favorite celebrities by tagging them" is a great reason why celebrities shouldn't actually be on twitter, its just bad for your mental health in general

I don’t blame them.
Everyone on there making a mountain out of a molehill over the dark order guys punches was ridiculous, it’s like I know it’s winter but go outside for half an hour or something, that shit doesn’t matter.

I love Twitter. I keep up with my friends, made a few new ones and stay up to date on topics I'm passionate about. I even got a freaking indie publishing deal. The key is to keep the crap far, far away from my timeline. This is easy for me - I got 58 followers. I can avoid the toxic hordes with ease. They can't, so they got out. Good for them. Mental health is better than staying current on social media.

Mental health is better than staying current on social media. I struggle with this. Sometimes, you follow people who are totally fine, but then Twitter starts suggesting stuff to you from all of THEIR worst and most toxic mutuals ("X liked this!"), so suddenly you have to put up with mentally/emotionally draining stuff from people you don't even follow. Even if you immediately mute the stranger that Twitter foisted on your timeline, you've already seen the tweet, the damage is already done.
