I wasn't going to include NXT UK because I know virtually nothing about it but I thought it did technically fit the bill so sure, let's throw that in.
Iiiii have no idea that I'd say anything good about any of them? Raw's just a goddamn mess where the only teams are the Viking Raiders who I've just never gelled with and aren't over at all, Gallows and Anderson who are horrendous, Hawkins and Ryder who do nothing but get squashed, and the Street Profits who can't wrestle as they're too busy screaming exposition at all times. SmackDown's pretty much just New Day which has been beaten into the ground, Revival which still isn't over in the slightest, Ziggler and Roode which no, and Heavy Machinery who are too busy being in wacky skits to actually have matches. NXT... I don't think I can actually name a single established NXT tag team besides Undisputed Era.
I dunno. I guess I might pick SmackDown but really I feel like even if you combined every show's tag divisions you still wouldn't have a functional product.
Edit: Oh right, the Forgotten Sons, NXT also has them.

Honestly, NXT UK. Moustache Mountain, Gallus, Grizzled Young Veterans, Imperium and Andrews/Webster are all great credible top-level teams. And they have decent depth with The Hunt, Jordan/Williams and T-Bone/Huxley as the lower guys below them.

NXT UK - I can't vote for theirs since I haven't seen the show in quite a while. I need to get back into it.
NXT - Weakest part of the show IMO. Undisputed Era are great and all, but it feels like they've been champs forever and they have no real challengers right now since Lee/Dijakovic aren't officially a team yet.
Raw - I enjoy Viking Raiders, but even I can't deny they aren't over at all and until they do them vs. AoP I'm just not interested in it.
SD - Pretty much a three team division with New Day, Revival, and Heavy Machinery. I'm inclined to vote for their tag division since I really enjoy Heavy Machinery and they're probably my favorite of all the teams they have right now.

Yep, and Fandango is injured again so Breezango are no longer a team for now. This means that the Forgotten Sons are the only other tag team that could challenge the UE.
Same here
Agreed, I'm also a big fan of the heavy machinery.
Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan are also a team that deserves a mention. They've teamed up for matches in NXT UK, NXT, and 205 Live. Their most recent match as a team was when they faced Imperium on the October 16th episode of NXT.

Sight unseen I'm inclined to agree with you just because that's way more teams than any of the others have.
