After watching a ton of AJ videos from earlier in the decade. She was a vital part of this division, it's a shame she never got to battle the horsewoman.
So who's your pick?

If we are taking outside accomplishments and matches into account here it is undoubtably Io Shirai If just within the WWE bubble..Charlotte But definitively it is Io Shirai....she has been and still is the best womens wrestler in the world and top 10 regardless of gender....every single thing she does is precise and executed to perfection and now she has added an amazing evolution of character to her resume.

AJ Lee was REALLY good especially for the time(she was definitely what started the jump in quality for the division) but with the rise of Asuka,Io Shirai,Kairi and Becky, she aint even bronze anymore for me. I will go with Becky for personal preference but Asuka makes a strong case.

If it was the past 5 years id go with Asuka,Becky or Charlotte but overall, in terms of longevity, solid to good in ring, putting others over and an all round good worker and person, id honestly say Natalya, unpopular no do doubt! Honestly think she deserves more credit and love for all shes done

I picked Becky, but it’s between her, AJ, Ronda, and Charlotte.
To a lesser extent, Nikki and Brie for giving us Total Divas, which gave a few women a platform to gain a fanbase or a character.

Stephanie McMahon. None of these women would be stars if she did not pioneer the woman's revolution.

Becky has done a lot in the last year and a bit and she should be commended for that, but, upon further consideration I have to go with Charlotte and Becky as a second pick.

Asuka, though Becky's been more successful on the main roster.

Honestly think she deserves more credit and love for all shes done Nattie is definitely a solid choice for the decade as a whole. I went with Charlotte because Becky’s rise only really happened in the last 18 months, and while she deserves a lot of credit herself, I think it wouldn’t have happened without Charlotte, from putting her over so hard and selflessly in an incredibly one-sided feud (and bumping like crazy for her at Evolution) to her work in the Mania main event to Becky being able to play the ‘held back’ character so effectively to start with because fans widely assumed Charlotte was ‘Female Roman’. I think this will become clearer in hindsight when Becky is comfortable enough to give interviews out of character again. And this is in addition to all the transformation that had happened to that point, from her groundbreaking Takeover match with Nattie to the WM32 triple threat to how vital the 2016 Sasha feud was in normalising women as main eventers to the Charlotte/Asuka classic at WM 34. (And while it only happened due to a Becky getting hurt by Nia, that Ronda match at SS 2018 was amazing.) Though to bring it back to Becky, their original 2015-16 feud also did a lot to help save the then-floundering ‘Diva’s Revolution’.

It's rough.
There's not a huge standout between 2010-2013.
And AJ's big period was 2013-2015.
Like, I'm going to take a beating over this...
...but I'm going with Nikkisawa just by default.

I joked that at one point, AJ Styles was the "Other AJ" in wrestling. I stand by that statement. A lot of what happened with the women can be traced to her, directly and indirectly, and while I think some of this was inevitable, she definitely sped things up by proving that in a post-Trish world, there was an appetite for a woman star in the company.
That being said, I voted Becky. She benefited from a great many things, like Ronda, to Charlotte, Asuka, even good luck, like having her nose broken at the right time and in what became an iconic shot in wrestling history, almost certainly. But, she rose to the occasion, she made the most out of her good fortune, and she more than carried her weight. It's Becky Lynch.

Becky is the biggest face in the company.
That says it all.

The answer is Charlotte and it's not even remotely close. Becky Lynch has had a good year. Charlotte's been on top since 2015.

It's Charlotte, and even though I'm not a fan I don't think the Bellas are far behind at all.
I wish I could vote for Becky, but she's only really been treated like a big deal for about a year and half now unfortunately.

Becky has had a good year and Ronda's short time is bigger than anybody else's but Charlotte has delivered consistent high quality, big-match-feel wrestling since her run in NXT. She's overpushed but she justifies it.

It has to be Charlotte. She's always been at the forefront and at the same time has produced with a lot of good matches. Becky has made the biggest impact but she's only become a big deal over the last year and a half after. The three previous years of bad booking and being underutilized hurts her. Not a fan but Natalya deserves a honorable mention as she's the only one who was there the whole decade and mostly prominent for all of it.

Charlotte.
She's been that woman for the past 4 years. Becky's only been on top for 1.

Stephanie McMahon. None of these women would be stars if she did not pioneer the woman's revolution. Hell, none of these women would even be women because Stephanie invented women.
