For various reasons, these talent were wasted.
Which talent was the biggest disappointment compared to what they could've potentially done in the WWE?

It was mostly down to poor timing of injuries but KENTA really makes me wonder what could've been had he been able to get a good run of momentum going during his time in NXT.

I won't say he was wasted but the fact they screwed up the Damien Sandow Miz storyline proved the lower card doesn't matter no matter how much the audience is into a story or charecter

Kaval. Austin Aries is up there too with his attitude. But Kaval man. This guy was just TOO impatient. He was stuck with Laycool but by Survivor Series he had an IC title match. And I remember hearing he was going to be pushed big in 2011.
Then the man quits.
It's one thing not to even come to WWE, but all the time and effort he put into this? I remember hearing he had MAJOR attitude problems back then. Which is a shame. Look at AJ Styles, WWE had no problem pushing TNA talent as long as they were component. Which wasn't much, asking from Kaval.

Luke Harper. He could have been way bigger. He's got everything you need and man ended up barely holding the IC belt.

Even though he got pushed way harder than most of the other people on this list, it still feels so baffling that Dean Ambrose ended up the least-important member of the Shield and drifting aimlessly around the upper midcard. More than literally anyone else in WWE this last decade, he felt like he had all the tools to break out as a headlining megastar on par with Cena.

I thought Justin Gabriel could've been more than the was. Maybe not world champ, but I saw him in a Jeff Hardy role.

Luke Harper, easily. You have a great, really talented big man in the prime of his career, and use him as a bodyguard and tag-team fodder with a mostly forgettable reign with the IC Championship to show for it.

IMO Jon Moxley could have been WWE's new Stone Cold if they had played their cards right. Maybe not that big, but he could have been that cool anti-hero that's a big draw. Even though he got to be WWE Champion, for most of his WWE run it felt like management wasn't really behind him the way they should have been. He got screwed over in that feud with Lesnar.

It's crazy how much bigger Moxley could've been, but he had a pretty nice career in WWE.
I'm going to go with Enzo, even though he's the one who wasted his talent.

This has always been Ryback for me as he was getting hot and they ended it. Wish they would have built him up slow to a WM title win, but Cena/Rock blocked it.

Toss up between Luke Harper and Dean Ambrose.
Dean got pretty damn far despite being wasted... but dude was legitimately the most over guy in the company for a long part of his tenure and they never wanted to make him their guy because like Roman dammit!
That's not even mentioning the HEel turn.
Luke is an amazing big guy, he's agile as hell for his size and the beard and crazy stare could have been their mainstay Upper-Midcard monster for years... but they never really did ANYTHING with him.
It was always let's just make him and Rowan team again... or... let's make them both become Bray's lackey again for no real reason...
I voted for Luke cause Dean at least got something out of his run... wasn't much but he still came out like a star.
