I remember that Raw on May 10 did an ungodly number too, like an 8.1 or something. Didn't help WCW that it was the night after the PPV from what I recall. This is even worse though if you think about it. They had their shows but the shows were such death that people tuned out in droves for that DDP heel title run, Nash as #1 contender, Flair going insane, etc.
