It's amusing that after all that Liv Morgan analysis last week this show ignored it totally and it was all this wacky gag that anyone sane would realize it was meant to be in the first place. Liv's the new Emmalina.
Edit: My mistake. Apparently I missed whatever that brief backstage bit was where Liv announced she would be in Rusev's corner.

A really fun Raw. Awesome promo by Paul Heyman to start Raw. As much as I wanted everyone to qualify for the Rumble instead of just announcing they are entering the match, I don’t mind Lesnar entering himself as #1. He’s the WWE Champion, so he can do what he wants, & it’s the Rumble, so it’s not a big deal that the WWE Title won’t be defended. But it’s not unprecedented. Roman Reigns entered at #1 as WWE Champion in 2016. Mysterio VS Andrade was an awesome US Title Match, but I didn’t like the false finish or the actual ending, and it’s no big deal that Mysterio was unmasked. We know what he looks like without his mask. Kevin Owens & Samoa Joe’s interview was OK, as was Rollins’ response. The Triple Threat Tag Team Title Match was great. The Becky Lynch-Asuka segment was quick & to the point. I liked Joe showing Owens who their partner was but not us. The brawl between Mysterio & Andrade was good. I’m looking forward to seeing their feud continuing and maybe leading to a Mask VS Hair Match. The Rowan squash is getting boring. Tozawa VS Styles was a letdown, as 2 of the greatest wrestlers on the Raw roster shouldn’t be in a short match like that. It was funny that security tackled who they thought was a fan, but it was the minister getting ready for the next segment. The Lana-Lashley-Rusev segment was horrible. The Minister shouldn’t be allowed to marry them since he’s from Connecticut and not Oklahoma. Also, it looked like Rusev was going to join The Shining Stars in their promo for Puerto Rico. The brawl between Charlotte Flair & Sarah Logan was fun, at least it got Logan off of Main Event and on Raw. McIntyre’s squash of No Way Jose was a waste of time, and again more people just being announced for the Rumble. Make all of these pointless matches mean something. Do Qualifying Matches. Black VS Benjamin was another pointless match that could have been used as a Qualifying Match. The 6-Man Tag was a fun main event, with a shocking surprise that I was not expecting. I also liked that they announced a lot of matches for next week. I am so excited for the Rumble, despite not having any Qualifying Matches.
Here are the Facts for Raw (& they might be redundant because it’s the 1st Raw of 2020, but I don’t care) -Rey Mysterio VS Andrade was the 1st United States Championship Match of 2020, & both Mysterio & Andrade’s 1st Raw match & opener of 2020, & though they wrestled in the past, this will be counted as a new match, since it’s a new year & whatever happened in 2019 doesn’t count - The Street Profits VS The Viking Raiders VS The OC was the 1st Raw Tag Team Championship Match of 2020 & the 2nd Triple Threat Match of 2020 & 1st since Smackdown on January 3, & was Angelo Dawkins, Montez Ford, Erik, Ivar, Karl Anderson, & Luke Gallows’ 1st Raw match of 2020 - KJ Orso VS Erick Rowan was Rowan’s 1st Raw match of 2020 & was the 1st Enhancement Match of 2020 - Akira Tozawa VS AJ Styles was both Tozawa & Styles’ 1st Raw match of 2020 - Charlotte Flair VS Sarah Logan didn’t count, therefore it was the 1st Raw of 2020 to not have a Women’s Match, & Logan won’t be the 1st Woman to compete in 2 matches in 2020, since she competed on Main Event last week - No Way Jose VS Drew McIntyre was both Jose & McIntyre’s 1st Raw match of 2020 & Jose was the 1st wrestler of 2020 to compete in 2 matches in 2020 as he lost to Mojo Rawley on Main Event last week - Aleister Black VS Shelton Benjamin was both Black & Benjamin’s 1st Raw of 2020, Benjamin’s 1st Raw overall since he lost to Ricochet on October 14, 2019, & despite them saying it, it was not their 1st match against each other as they wrestled on Smackdown on September 3, 2019 - The Big Show, Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe, & VS The AOP & Seth Rollins was the 1st 6-Man Tag Team Match of 2020, Big Show, Owens, Joe, Akam, Rezar, & Rollins’ 1st Raw main event of 2020, Joe’s 1st match overall since he lost a Triple Threat Match to King Corbin on September 9, 2019, The Big Show’s 1st match overall since he & The Bar lost to The New Day on Smackdown on November 20, 2018, & his 1st match on Raw since he lost to Braun Strowman in a Steel Cage Match on September 4, 2017, & was the 1st time that Owens & Joe teamed up since they lost to Finn Balor & Seth Rollins on Raw on April 3, 2017, & was the 1st No Disqualification of 2020

Liv's the new Emmalina. She did not really succeed in that role, though. I'm hoping for better tomorrow! And lesbian sex.
