Thought this could be interesting, what did you have for lunch today? I had a piece of Lasanga (it was a small piece, not a whole slice), a piece of cornbread, and some jello. Granted, not the healthiest meal around, but it did it's job at filling me up.

I don't really eat "meals" at a certain time. I just kind of eat whenever I happen to be hungry. So far today I had some leftover fried potatoes that were in the fridge. They sucked.

Pork afritada. Made it for lunch and dinner earlier. Get a pan, heat garlic, onions, then peppers. Add some potatoes and green peas, then add pork. Once it's cooked, tossed in some tomato sauce. Carrots and pineapple are optional. Serve with rice. Personally, I prefer chicken over pork, though.
