By the way I haven't gotten far in but I got really annoyed because during the arrest scene early on (I'm not spoilering something 5 minutes in) every SINGLE surface is reflecting the police lights really brightly with rapid flashing.
Given how its a borderline replica of what went wrong with the Porygon Incident, I'm surprised that hasn't caused more seizures.

In my effort to remain the only person on earth with positive things to say about this game, the V/Judy romance path is very cute

Finished the main story a few days back and I liked the game quite a bit! I didn’t follow all of the pregame hype so I probably benefited from not having the massive expectations that others did. Definitely isn’t the greatest game ever that some were thinking they’d get but I liked the story (short as it was) and the characters enough that it worked for me.
Playing the PS4 version on PS5 and the only real problems I had were lots of crashes, which did get annoying after a while. Nothing that made the game unplayable though. I’ll likely go back and do the last couple of endings I haven’t done yet and the side missions. So yeah, game gets a thumbs up from me.

Gawd damn it they sent me back to the damn delamain factory again for a quest line but luckly this time I had no hickups like the massive unplayable slow down.
and idk if it was just the dialogue choices I made or if you get it regardless but I ended up with a new car out of it so hooray.

That mission was the first time I actually got mad during the game. Not because of bugs or anything but because it's so damn dark I couldn't see shit and it's entirely too easy to get killed and have to wait for the reload.

Yea I died well over a dozen times getting through that damn place myself but entirely because of mis timed jumps and landing onto the death trap that is the electrified floor. having to push the car , jump onto the car than jump up to the high beams etc was entirely too happy to be done with that place.

Yeah exactly the same scenario for me. I keep hoping there's a ripperdoc somewhere who sells night vision upgrades lol. The double jump leg upgrades are a lifesaver.

Got my Series X on 12/27 and got paid today. Is it worth getting this game now or should I just wait until later on when it gets fully optimized for next-gen? I've been enjoying the hell out of Forza Horizon 4 and even playing Madden 20 can see a difference in graphics (coming from a One S) and the load time improvements all around are lovely. So I can wait if it would be a better experience.

It'll probably play ok with the extra grunt of the series x and you do get an upgrade as soon as the enhanced version is out. Although an equal case could be made for waiting until the big patches are out.

So finally collected all the netrunner asthetics...too bad gotta wait till lvl 30 to wear it.
And f***ing hell rerolling the mods is a f***ing bitch not because of any other reason than the load times which are atrocious what should be a couple seconds but when you wanna get more than 2 mods on a piece of gear especially legendary it feels like waiting at the gawd damn dmv.
I REALLY hope load times are a top priority when these big patches hit.

This is cool. A certain character appears in it that only appears if you have played beyond the bit where the title screen appears, so very mild spoilers there.

I had planned to hold off on playing Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 but I've changed my mind and so far so good. Playing the game on easy difficulty by the way

I had planned to hold off on playing Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 but I've changed my mind and so far so good. Playing the game on easy difficulty by the way There's still some annoying bugs you'll probably need to look up a workaround for at some points but most of the bigger issues have been smoothed over. Game WILL crash on you at points but as long as you save semi-regularly it's not a huge issue. I think you'll enjoy it.

That mission was the first time I actually got mad during the game. Not because of bugs or anything but because it's so damn dark I couldn't see shit and it's entirely too easy to get killed and have to wait for the reload. That mission was a tough one for sure, trying to find my way around, trying to not get electrocuted, and the darkness wasn't even much of a problem, it was the goddamn red lasers going off from the auto repair bays that was really throwing me off. BTW, you can see the AI issues in that level, where there will be uneven attack patterns from the Delamain drones, they'll attack relentlessly one time on one playthrough, then just sit there and get shot on the other. I was also disappointed that I didn't have a high enough tech tree to pull off the other thing they ask from you at the end of that mission, just to see what happens. BTW, I know that there is a lot of complains about the game, but it really has done a really good job with emotional beats in the story. I just finished Both Sides, Now, and as hard as that was to sit through, I appreciate the raw emotions that they pulled off with it between Judy and V. There's been quite a few moments like that in the game so far, where there really is a sense of sadness, loss, and shock in a lot of things that happen that not a lot of similar games have pulled off.

BTW, since some people have beaten it, without spoilers is there a way to continue missions afterwards, or is it a one out scenario? I'm kind of a side mission junkie, lol.
