If it is a sprain she may at most miss a few weeks but even then since she didn't have plans for the next few weeks anyway no point in rushing her Hell, you really don't have to go crazy on a build between her and Rhea until 4 weeks before the show. Yeah, I’d be resting her until it’s time to build up for Takeover Tampa. She’s not in the current title feud, she’s not even in the secondary women’s feud (Nox v Kai) and she’s plenty over and credible so there’s no need of throwing her out there risking more damage. Yea, they got about 8 weeks to build to Takeover Tampa and all of that isn't going to be used on the build so you might as well rest her. Give Rhea a TV program like her vs Candice and bring Io back come beginning of March The nagging injuries is almost a blessing in disguise thanks to her and Rhea not being able to see or touch each other building up the anticipation

Rhea’s solid in ring, and carries herself like an absolute star. That said she isn’t carrying matches with anyone yet.
I’ve always heard good things about Toni, but I’m yet to ever really be blown away by any of her matches... worse than that, I’m usually let down by them because I’m always expecting more.
These two definitely don’t work together.

Haven't seen this match yet but I've been waiting for Toni Storm to give me something to sell me on her and ..... it just hasn't happened. She has a great look and physical charisma but she's definitely not someone I'd have as a top player. I feel the same way about Toni. She’s a good wrestler and I’ve seen her live a couple of times, but l don’t think she’s the second coming of Jesus like a lot of fans describe her as.

I like both girls a lot, but yeah. That match just stunk.

Th difference between the two is that Rhea is still developing. She carries herself like a star, which will get her far and she’s still getting better in ring. Toni has been stagnant for a year now. She’s stopped developing, if anything she’s regressed and it’s been an issue for a while.

I don't even really think it was interesting enough to depreciate. It was just kind of a dull, awkward match that ended as it was finding a pulse, it happens.
Now, if they feel the need to keep doing it for three months then I can maybe find the vitriol for it that I have for the Styles / Nakamura feud.

Io is done for a bit it looks like she may have torn her ACL We don't know if she's torn her ACL. Also I mentioned "if Io is medically cleared". That same type of brace is also used for an MCL tear, which is much less severe depending on the grade. Even the worst tear is only 3 months of downtime. If its a minor tear, she'll be back within a month or two. Also if she's not walking around with crutches, then it likely isn't bad. But obviously we don't know if she is or not. Yeah, I was working 3 months after an MCL tear with a brace and no surgery (word of advice, don't do a Sliced Bread onto a wooden floor) I only ended up having surgery 5 years later because I checked up and found out it had healed partially wrong after years of wondering "hey why does this still hurt a bit when I walk?" MCL tears are a mild annoyance at most

Toni is also pretty young, but has way more experience so I would have thought she would be calling the match.

These girls are insanely young, are we expecting them to be ring generals?

These girls are insanely young, are we expecting them to be ring generals? I mean, Tyler Bate is also super young and he's less a person and more some kind of insane wrestling robot. And it's not like they're rookies, Toni's been wrestling for 11 years and Rhea for seven.

That makes it more impressive at how she hasn't had more injuries? I'm a Brit and it blows me away at how young some of our wrestlers start out, and I thought it was bonkers that Jordynne Grace started to wrestle when she was 15.

Rhea and Toni are both good workers at such a young age, maybe this is just another case of two talented wrestlers just not clicking?

They're way too similar to each other in style, and it was made worse by it being a baby vs. baby match, the others at least had more semblance as Rhea was a heel. I'd have expected Toni to heel it up more since the story seems to suggest she's turning soon anyway. The match was fine, but the problem was everything else on the main show was very good to great, so it stood out more as not up to the level.

I see Toni as a natural babyface because of her charisma and adorkable charm, but who knows, maybe she'll wrestle better as a heel. She's still a very good wrestler, but it does feel like something's been missing from her singles matches lately (the one with Io on NXT aside). That said, it's still Toni Time in my heart!!!

Watch the run she had last year in wXw where she was a heel against Killer Kelly, I still think that's her best work, and the big match between them was very good.

It takes fans awhile to catch onto wrestlers habits some easier than others ...like Sasha when she is losing a match everyone can read it on her face.
Toni is sort of the same way but it happens to come across in her matches where I think it is becoming more and more obvious now that she may be one of those wrestlers that really only shows out for the opponents she likes to wrestle and everyone else is gonna get a half assed effort out of her.
