Kyle Larson dropped the N-word during an iRacing event last night. CGR has suspended him without pay. NASCAR dropped the hammer on him as well.

Far be it from me to tell someone when it's a good time to be racist, but "livestreaming on the internet while your employer and their employer is watching" isn't one of them 🤦🏼♀️

Honestly, I don't think Larson's going to be out of work that long (don't take that as me thinking he SHOULD get a new ride right away, however).
This was the last year of his contract anyway, and more than likely he was going to take over the Stewart-Haas 14 from Clint Bowyer next season.
Unless Tony Stewart's sponsors (Mobil, Rush Truck Centers) and his engine partner (Ford) crawl up his butt and tell him ABSOLUTELY NOT, I see him still bringing in Larson as soon as he's able.

Ryan Newman announced today that once the NASCAR season resumes, he's getting back in his car.
After how that crash went, that is nothing short of amazing.

Well that's an advert for how safe this gen of cars is. I don't think there's a worse hit you can take in racing than "Getting T-boned while upside down"

NASCAR will resume live racing on May 17th without fans.
Kenseth and Newman have been given waivers as far as Monster Cup qualifying.

Formula 1 have posted on youtube the full replay of the 1999 European Grand Prix. In my opinion one of the most memorable races of the last 30 years. I still remember watching it live on TV as a 15 year old kid.

The NHRA has pushed back the season to an August start now. It looks like they are planning on having a 16-race weekly schedule, with each race being a 2-day event, except for the US Nationals.

I still remember watching it live on TV as a 15 year old kid. I can’t watch it, because I feel so bad for Luca Badoer every time. Dude was gonna get a 4th place in a f***ing Minardi, what would have been his first points finish ever, and it dies on him. And he ends up being the record holder for most F1 starts without scoring a single point, I believe (even with two starts in a Ferrari as an injury sub for Felipe Massa in 2009).
