When Elisabeth Moss was a kid she did voice work for animated shows and movies. She had one off appearances on Animaniacs, Freakazoid, and Batman: The Animated Series. Most notable work must have been the movie “Once Upon A Forrest” were she played the sick little badger. In the episode of Batman TAS, See No Evil, she plays the daughter of an Invisible Man.

In 2004, acclaimed Canadian filmmaker Guy Madden made a short film called "Sissy Boy Slap Party", recreating an earlier experimental film Madden made and lost in 1994. The film was made for a TV channel called Bravo, which specialized in art and indie films, and it was to promote Madden's upcoming feature film "The Saddest Music In The World".
Tyson "Kenny Omega" Smith is one of the actors. He was living and wrestling in Winnipeg at the time.
Edit: and yes, I learned that listening to Jim Cornette.

Was going to say Stephen Fry playing the guy John Cleese’s character robs in “A Fish Called Wanda” but checking imdb.. turns out Blackadder the Second, and A Bit Of Fry & Laurie pre date that film.
So Welsh comedic actor Rob Brydon from Gavin & Stacey, the host of “Would I Lie To You” ... played the traffic warden that gets repeatedly assaulted in “Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels” .. but earlier then that he voiced a lot of characters in bit parts in the first “Discworld” point and click adventure game.

Here's a good one. Everyone's favorite Agent Coulson played a guy in The Shield that would break into old women's houses, rape them, and then force them to cuddle with him afterwards. He was also in an early Law & Order episode as a suspect in a murder that had the two detectives in their own political squabble as their trying to find the bad guy. Die Hard 2 had Robert Patrick as one of the bad guys a year before he would be in Terminator 2. Best par is he shared a scene with fellow southpaw Bruce Willis.

A young Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen edition) as the newspaper boy trapped in the loop in John Carpenter's In The Mouth of Madness. And Liam Neeson in Excalibur and Krull.

He was also the lead in Return of the Killer Tomatos around that time. Anchor Bay put out both films on a double feature dvd and promoted it as "George Clooney's forgotten horror films."

There's also the Young Ones episode where the guys go on a quiz team and they face a group which consists of Fry, Hugh Laurie, Emma Thompson, and Ben Elton all fairly early into their careers.

Jessica Alba was in a handful of episodes of The Secret World of Alex Mack. It was a really minor role but that didn't stop the DVD box from advertising the hell out of it.
Selma Blair had a bunch of minor roles throughout the 90's, including an appearance on The Adventures of Pete & Pete. The one that sticks out the most to me (which technically isn't a bit part since she was the star) is the pilot of an attempted 1997 Hercules/Xena spin-off called Amazon High. In it she plays a contemporary High School student sent back in time to found the Amazon Tribes seen in those shows. Footage from this pilot eventually showed up in an episode of Xena.

These've happened a few times in Doctor Who. Daleks in Manhattan/Evolution of the Daleks had a young Andrew Garfield in a side role as one of the poor kids from Hooverville and Unicorn and the Wasp had Felicity Jones as one of the party guests and suspects. Human Nature/Family of Blood had Harry Lloyd and Thomas Sangster before Game of Thrones.
On a similar note, a few Scottish sitcoms were the same, Katie Dickie appeared as a pregnant competitor in a quiz night on Still Game, and David Tennant appeared on an episode of Rab C Nesbitt as Davina in some lovely 90s transphobic humour.
In films, Aaron Paul makes a small appearance in Mission Impossible 3 as the brother of Ethan Hunt's wife, also Ed Harris appears in the Father's Day segment of Creepshow.

Was watching this movie yesterday, so while it's fresh in mind -- Lee Van Cleef is the sniper who shoots the killer radioactive material into and thus kills The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms.
