If only there was some kind of warning that something like this might happen. What’s f***ed is I recall people on here or squaredcircle in the past saying her behavior would eventually lead to the death of others and I just can’t believe it’s gotten to this point. Same. We all joked because we figured it’d more than likely be her pulling a Bon Scott, or a 2021 Ric Flair with a less favorable ending. Then it turns out she killed someone else and it’s like “oh…. Um…”

Well, here's hoping she gets the help that she needs....in prison.

Look, I don't like the WWE as a corporation, but blaming Vince/WWE for the actions of someone who hasn't really worked there in over 20 years would be one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. Agreed. I don't like "WWE" or whatever they want to be called now as a corporate entity, but Vince isn't to blame for this one. Also, I don't think Vince really cares. She hasn't been on the roster in years and to be frank, Vince forgot all about "Sunny" when "Sable" came along. Vince does not give a f***. If so I am on Team Vince for this one, honestly.

Jesus, Sunny! Stop giving DSOTR more material! At the rate she’s going, she’s gonna give them an entire season! Season 4, Episode 1: It's Always Sunny In Prison

If she was on parole or probation from her NJ or PA cases that could also add time to sentencing. Time can be run concurrently or consecutively to her FL sentencing too.
As someone who worked in a prison for 6 years (and actually met Sunny there) and studying repeat offenders behaviors I don't see sunny seeing her sentencing through. Time and time again she's messed up and relapsed. I'm not wishing harm on her but I definitely see she could be nearing the point of an attempt although I'd like to be wrong.

So...she took someone else's life, something you can't give back, and is acting like nothing is wrong and promoting her f***ing OnlyFans?! This accident seems eerily similar to mine as a drunk driver fell asleep at the wheel with their foot on the gas, rear ended me, and smushed me between them and the car in front of me at a stoplight. This was over 10 years ago, and I was f***ing lucky to walk out alive. I've not been the same since, but I know how lucky I was. So this really REALLY pisses me off. My thoughts go out to the poor person who was in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong person with whom it was bound to happen. I hope the justice system actually does something about her bullshit this time. She f***ing killed a person. C'mon. I was in a similar situation last year. I was hit from behind at full speed by someone who was texting at the wheel and knocked into the car in front of me while I was behind them at a red light. Somehow, despite the fact that my car was absolutely totaled, everyone walked away with minor injuries. But that moment made it so that even nowadays, I have to continuously check in my rearview mirror every time I have to come to a stop, because that moment still sticks with me. I had two uncles die in drunk driving accidents, and while I wasn't alive for the first one, I was a young kid when the second happened, and I never heard my father make noises of anguish that I heard that night and never did again. That Uncle was a huge wrestling fan, the biggest in the family, he helped get me into it, it was a really dark time. So I'm very thankful you and King Devitt: What Plants Crave are ok and still with us, I also truly have no sympathy for someone like Sunny, this isn't the first instance of an issue, it's the thousandth, she shouldn't be given a 1001st chance, and the fact she's acting like nothing happened says it all. Absolutely heartless human being who doesn't deserve a break, she deserves jail bars.

Looking back at it I deserved all the money lost, my license getting suspended and the classes taught me a lot and how it could of gone much worse. I’m glad Uber exists now a days which means there should be absolutely no excuse now a days to drink and drive. If you can’t afford an uber, sleep in your car with the keys outside of the vehicle

Only $30,000? I work for an insurance company, and I've seen attorneys ask for that for 5 MPH rear ends where the claimant didn't even seek medical attention. Either the attorney is exceptionally unconfident in their abilities, or Tammy is in such dire financial straits they're strictly asking for what they think they can recover over a lifetime.

Probably a little of the latter. "In excess of" suggests that $30k is the minimum they will accept, given her well-known financial issues and lack of a consistent income, but will certainly push for a lot more if they can get it.

I thought it was pretty low too, you normally hear higher dollar amounts for wrongful deaths. But maybe the family just wants to send a message. Ultimately no amount of money will bring the father back and give them new memories to make. I also think the longer thing goes on the lesser the chances Tammy pays a price, not financial, but we will see.

It is "in excess of $30,000". I assume $30,000 is a jurisdictional threshold of some sort in the court they filed in. EDIT: www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&URL=0000-0099/0034/Sections/0034.01.html34.01 Jurisdiction of county court.— (1) County courts shall have original jurisdiction: (a) In all misdemeanor cases not cognizable by the circuit courts. (b) Of all violations of municipal and county ordinances. I could be wrong, but isn't she now (or was, at least) making a decent enough income through her onlyfans to be able to pay a lot more than $30,000?

Yeah, I work as an insurance defense attorney. That's just the jurisdictional language that would be included to establish Circuit Court jurisdiction in every single Complaint filed in the State of Florida. That lawsuit is going to actually be seeking a whole hell of a lot more than that.

It's impossible to gauge how much she may or may not be making from OnlyFans, since she keeps her subscriber count private. I suspect she makes enough to get by, but I have a hard time believing she makes crazy money on there.

I don’t like to be judgemental on a persons looks.. but if you have seen any recent pictures of Tammy. She is not that what she looked like in the 90’s and early 2000’s .. she looks like what would expect a 49 year old woman with a history of drug and alcohol problems is expected to look like. And I doubt not many people are rushing to pay for her online material.
