Yeah its also worth pointing out that at no point has she shown any remorse for killing this man. So if she is convicted (and that seems incredibly likely), she will be looking at a very lengthy sentence. I don't see her taking a plea deal either since she legitimately thinks she did nothing wrong.

Her being remanded is smart because she won't be able to get into more trouble than she already is. Since this latest incident, she has shown no signs of taking responsibility for her actions or any remorse for her actions. Her being in jail is probably safest for everybody.

And I'm willing to bether attorney put up zero objections, as she was only hurting her case with her actions.

Did they have to do a blood alcohol test, or did they just take that video file and run a breathalyser on that? Breathalyzer probably was beeping "over the limit" while the cop was still 15 feet away

Throw away the key so she can't kill again. She's had something like 12 chances. That's enough.

Not gonna lie, it really pisses me seeing those court images of her acting as if this is some minor inconvenience at a grocery store. F*** you tammy. I hope she spends her last elderly days behind bars.

I wonder if the court system ever saw someone who is totally indefensible? Like, no paid defense lawyer or public defender would ever work with this person-they turned down the job. I would imagine she is very close to being that one person.

I would imagine she is very close to being that one person. The state has to provide her with a lawyer. Public defenders can choose whether they want to defend the person or not. However, they are legally obligated to defend the person to the best of their ability if they do take on the case. With that being said though, her public statements she's made since the incident will just make her lawyer's life even harder. The best case scenario right now for her is pleading guilty and hoping for a slightly lighter sentence. But as it stands, she's looking at 26 years in the clink.

I would imagine she is very close to being that one person. PWInsider says that according to court records she did have a public defender, but hired her own attorney. Which leads me to the question that I’m sure everyone will ask: how the hell can she afford an attorney? I’ll assume her boyfriend is footing the bill, although he’ll soon need one himself for the civil lawsuit initiated by the Lasseter estate.

That's about as open-and-shut a case as it gets. She's toast.

Say she served like 25 years. Will she be able to get out in half time for good behavior? Because with what she’s shown, she absolutely does NOT deserve it
