Saw this pop up and there is an actual quote from Stephanie here:
It's going to be a wild road to Wrestlemania!.

Shoutout to them for doing it if it comes to that. Not gonna talk about the virus itself since that's another topic but yeah it's interesting seeing them make this statement. Health is important.

Yes. Sticking to health notes alone. It's true. People travel all over the world. Outdoor stadium, people are prone to catching a cold. Even if they push it back to May this year, I would be okay with it. Because honestly it feels like it should be celebrated more in the warmer months.

Honestly before this topic I didn't even think about WM with everything going on with that virus. Glad they're taking it seriously.

I wonder, if it's really bad in Florida, they move the show. And award them Mania 38 as a make up for it.
What potential cities would be good replacements?

I thought this was a fake story when it popped up on my twitter feed, but thankfully there was a quote from Steph. So the higher ups at WWE are taking this seriously, so that's damn good.

If WWE had to cancel WM, they could probably get away with running empty studio shows instead, down at the performance centre. If it's that bad though, AEW and most other companies are probably shit out of luck unless Khan just buys a gym outright.

If the time comes, I'm not even sure it would be their call to make.

Hopefully it doesn't come to this but whereas other sports aren't saying it at least WWE are saying it.

That was quite the shock. Well in early February it was a thing in Asia and not in Europe and America. Also, the NFL was going into the off season until august so assumed it would have sorted itself out.

I'll believe it if it happens. This is the company that kept an event running after someone died in the ring in front of a live crowd.
The only way they will call it off is if they are told by the authorities the show cannot go on.

I hope non of this comes to pass obviously but it's wise of wwe to plan for it. Five serie A football games in Italy have been cancelled this weekend so it's a possibility other events may be posponed or cancelled in the coming months depending on how Covid 19 spreads.

I could see travel bans instituted from certain locations that force them to paper the show with a lot of Florida folks, but I doubt the whole thing gets canned.
