For Dynamite this is probably an ok approach unless they do shows in places where there's been outbreaks. I'd also cancel the pre-show meet and greets or restrict any sort of touching to something with minimal contact like fist bumps at the very least.
But for PPV shows? They attract a larger audience potentially from all over the country, possibly the world. I'd be a lot more concerned about those shows and if any of them get cancelled or turned into "empty arena" shows, it'd be those.

Next big event is in May, and it’s unclear whether or not coronavirus will still be a massive crisis situation at that point. Hopefully All Elite has contingencies if it gets to that point.

Oof, really crossing my fingers that we make it here in Jersey through the 25th without shutting down big events, both because it'd mean we're avoiding the worst of the virus, and because, damnitall, I wanna go to Blood and Guts like the big selfish baby I am.

Off, really crossing my fingers that we make it here in Jersey through the 25th without shutting down big events, both because it'd mean we're avoiding the worst of the virus, and because, damnitall, I wanna go to Blood and Guts like the big selfish baby I am. I have a front row ticket and that's exactly how I feel.

AEW is still holding their Meet and Greet as planned in Utah today before the show.

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if tonight was the last Dynamite in front of an arena crowd for awhile. With the way it's spreading, you can't really take chances.

Yeah, I'm guessing if next week's show even happens it's not going to be in front of a crowd.

Yeah, I'm guessing if next week's show even happens it's not going to be in front of a crowd. I'm sure they'll have some sort of show. Most likely they'll do a studio show very similar to the NWA, and have Cody & Dustin play off of it how some of Dusty's best work was in that environment. It might not be the worst thing in the world for them. The shows are beginning to look very similar from week to week, especially since a lot of guys work the same style as one another, so a huge curveball on how the show is presented might break things up a bit. If they try and carry on like it's business as usual though, I'm not sure they want that kind of PR nightmare on their hands.

Same on all counts. Bad enough that I still gotta go into work with all this shit since my school is dragging their feet; that plus Dynamite getting cancelled would feel like a gigantic “**** you” aimed specifically at me.

AEW Dynamite is still on for Rochester unless they themselves back out or something changes. The Rochester event said they're taking sterilization precautions, they are away from any virus hotzones, and still welcome fans and AEW to the venue next week. We'll see if that remains the case.
Tony Khan has said anyone who doesn't want to work on the show or is feeling stressed about the situation does not have to travel or work AEW, and they will not lose their pushes or card status because of it. He s prioritizing everyones health and safety even if they do plan to move forward and is reassuring the roster if they want to sit out this week or longer. No wrestlers as of yet have done so. So we'll see.
