The full lineup for tomorrow. Egoistico Fantastico is one of those names I've seen the name but can't really say I've seen any of his matches. He's pretty tall. Interesting...

You go back in time ten years and tell me four Chikara stars are now wrestling for the hot new wrestling show on a real TV channel in a great timeslot. I ask who.
You say "Chuck Taylor" and I nod. OK, cool, I can get behind that. Who else?
You say, "Brodie Lee." I go, "Huh, right, that makes sense. Seems like he'd fit in really well in the WWE though," and you get kinda quiet and it's a weird moment but then you just keep going.
"And Fire Ant, but he's doing precisely the opposite gimmick, and he's maybe the most over guy in the company," and it's kinda odd, but... sure, dude's mega-talented, he can probably pull off whatever.
So I try to guess the third guy. "Oh, did Hallowicked finally get a chance? Or Ophidian? Maybe Tim Donst or Dasher Hatfield improved like I thought they might? Oh wait, what am I talking about, it's obviously Sara del Ray, right?"
"Sugar Dunkerton."
And I kinda laugh and then I realize you're not kidding. To deal with the awkwardness, I make a joke, like, "Well, at least it isn't Lince Dorado out there with the sweet wrestling job, right? ha ha" and then you just walk away.

Six matches set for tomorrow's episode. The other two must be apart of next week's episode that's being taped Wednesday

Yeah but then you see what Suge's been doing in those ten years and you realize... hell yeah he's earned that shit But yeah Sugar was my very first live CHIKARA Match at Young Lions Cup 2010. Hard to beieve the dude who tricked Christian Abel into headlocking a basketball is getting a shot at mainstream television but the dude has one of the best personalities in the game and grinds like a motherf***er to get his shots. I'm happy for him. Hallowicked should also get a shot too though at this point I wonder if that's more on him and just wanting to be where he's at because he should absolutely have more exposure by now...

Six matches set for tomorrow's episode. The other two must be apart of next week's episode that's being taped Wednesday The two matches not included are Kip vs Havoc, I assume because they wouldn't want to double book Sabian on one DARK, and the Wardlow squash I imagine there will be even more DARK taped on Wednesday, I really wouldn't mind Super DARK's till this passes giving indie dudes and girls looks and a payday

I just glanced at Dunkerton's cagematch, and it's not a surprise he's gotten better from experience with how much he's been working. Don't misunderstand, I'm amped to see him show up. Of the people I really mostly associate with Chikara, it's a fairly short list of people I think are good enough in the ring to genuinely hang on the highest level. Kimber, Ophidian, Angelosetti, Hatfield, and Quack himself. Maaaaaybe Frightmare and Amasis. (oh and Bryce of course) Others have potential, but I'm definitely not sure of it. But Hallowicked is not only at the head of the pack, he's honestly the best "single promotion" indie guy I can think of off the top of my head. I think it's GOTTA be on him; he's been too good for too long.

I'd throw Kingston in there as well, but Eddie's in NWA right now and that's pretty good Just about one of the best promo cutters in the entire business imo so I'm happy to see he's getting opportunities too. I also think If Batiri were brought in for The Dark Order they'd fit right in, and probably get more wins for the group than Silver and Reynolds have been... ironically, ALSO CHIKARA guys being CombatAnt and The Shard...

I hear he has an amazing shoot job and only wrestles for fun, which would explain why he doesn't venture out of Chikara and its peripherals that much. I think he worked an ROH show last year.

He hasn't worked CHIKARA in years, he wrestles a lot in Georgia and other semi-big indies I've seen him around. He was definitely more active these last few years.

Wonder what the deal was with Brandon and Colt, though I imagine doing an empty-ish arena is probably very frustrating to guys' mojos. Maybe it was a clash of styles or something. Colt does a lot of playing to the crowd as part of his schtick... so I could see that being a part of it.

Makes me think of Blitzkrieg if he hadn't retired and given the gimmick to Jack Evans, Hallowicked's supposed situation.

(also he's billed as 5'7" lol sure dude) Both are pretty talented; hope they get more chances to shine in the ring as the angle continues.

I think it's GOTTA be on him; he's been too good for too long. Amasis seems to get some pretty bad injuries and then retire/take extended time off. After he unmasked and became DeSean Pratt I know he had a couple bigger indies start to invest in him but then he retired again and then unreturned so I think with him it is reliability. Dasher runs his own school now doesnt he? That may explain why he hasnt gotten a shot. Ophidian is getting some gigs but I think with him it's a situation where he doesnt want to unmask. But he has a decent thing going for him.... also have heard that he has some attitude issues. But I think he is also pretty comfortable and he and his wife make good money doing their thing Kimber has a lot of heat with a lot of people. I'll leave it at that. Not sure about Mr. Touchdown. Of course... you gotta remember a lot of companies did not like booking Chikara trained guys since they are trained in Lucha style primarily so they are not trained like most American wrestlers

Kimber also was in the WWE system for a bit. And was released due to previously mentioned bad attitude.

If we get any more DARK competitor confirmations for this week and eventual spoilers, I will probably keep it in this thread and keep is active, with how odd things are gonna be for a bit no use making another thread.
