Chris Colt Chris Adams XPW - from the ECW incident to NJ/Grimes to the Sumpreme assault and everything in-between Those are the three I was about to post. Not a big story but would like to see an episode on the incident that caused the state of Louisiana to ban piledrivers. Mostly cause one of the guys that caused this ban is a friend. Or what about an episode of IWA Mid South, can focus on both how sleazy Ian is but all the now well known names that got their start or early on in their careers worked in IWA Mid South. Considering that Ian Rotten's solution to being told he couldn't run shows in Louisville anymore was merely going across the George Rogers Clark bridge and started doing shows in Jeffersonville (technically Memphis, Indiana, but let's be real) was a real carny move in and of itself, there's a whole smorgasbord of weird shit from that promotion.

How Vince McMahon promoted the Muhammad Ali vs. Antonio Inoki match. Not sure if it would be possible to do, though. El Santo and his influence on the Mexican culture/ wider world perception of lucha libre. Mitsuharu Misawa. Doug Gilbert's pipebomb. La Parka II (who recently passed away). Abismo Negro. Never knew Vince promoted Inoki vs Ali. What's the story of La Parka 2? I know nothing about him other than he existed and recently passed.

Which one? He had a couple. Probably best to do one on the Gilbert brothers together. Of course it would focus on Eddie, but could cover Doug's stuff as well.

He died in a ring accident that caused his kidneys to fail In fact, you could do a whole episode about La Parka I (now LA Park) and La Parka 2.....and that whole mess.

The Hulk Hogan, racist remarks and Gawker trial would make a good episode. The Fall of Hulkamania - focus lightly on the WWF and WCW years, but start there mainly for the moments of downfall (post-RR92 and pre-NWO when the crowds were getting tired of him) and then move past WCW's demise and his 2002-3 WWE run to his years of fading relevance and growing personal problems (the divorce, Nick, the rest) and then go full bore from there...

The Richard Belzer incident could be included in a Hogan episode as well.

Art Barr could fill the timeslot, I'm sure. If they want a less heavy one, like Brawl for All likely may be intended for, I could see Jerry Jarrett vs George Gulas being interesting. A lot of people involved or around could be talked to, it's a really interesting coup story, and it also touches on some dramatic bits, like how pretty much the only NWA member of note that did anything to honor the agreement was Sheik. Everyone else left Gulas out to die. On similar notes, the Memphis/ICW (Poffo) war and the Georgia/Ann Gunkel war have potential.

I'd like to buy you lunch anywhere in the greater Jeffersonville or Lousiville area, to discuss why you feel the need to post such a thing about another human being just trying to contribute to the wrestling business by running shows for the past 25 years and giving the talent ring time and experience. DM me. I'll pay for your meal and hear you out. ... Ian?

After watching New Jack, they need to do a story on Nick Gage. His story is absolutely nuts and needs to be told

With his past and now more recent shit. Teddy Hart is one for sure. I honestly think we're at the point we could take everything about Montreal and Owen's death out of it and the Hart clan would still have enough to fill 2-3 eps of this.

Seen the Dynamite Kid mentioned but a British Bulldogs one in general is far more appealing to me. Dynamite was a psycho but Davey's adult life was pretty harrowing at times too.
If they do any Japanese ones maybe one on All Japan Women's Wrestling? Women wrestlers being forced to retire at 25, two guys essentially controlling the talents lives as well as the industry until all the splinter groups appear in the late eighties/early nineties which eventually sees the downfall of the promotion.
