So, the plan I've heard for the Smackdown Tag Team title match is the following.... {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Allegedly, Morrison worked a singles Ladder Match with an Uso. That's it. It was unconfirmed how the titles played into this, or why New Day was not represented at all. They should've all just been left off entirely given they were all all over Miz during it. But if they were going to have them on, that's probably about the dumbest possible way to go about it.

Unless next week's episode Smackdown is now a sudden-death between Usos and New Day.
Or God forbid a New Day member is sick too.

{Spoiler}I imagine WWE have had no time to prepare a post-script alteration to Smackdown next week, since everything was taped in advance, Miz was sick the day of 'Mania so everything there was booked on the fly. Anything to explain the new match we'll find out on the actual night

I get that it's largely out of WWE's control - though they could have saved themselves a LOT of headaches by taping Mania two weeks ago like any logical person would have in this situation - but man this show is looking like a legendary disaster at this point. Weird day-of sub-ins with zero build, matches that had no real build anyway just kind of there for some reason, the two day thing, no crowd, random ass made-up gimmick matches, this just looks like a straight up all time terrible PPV.

Barring extreme luck, it's probably going to be one of the worst 'Manias. It's definitely among the most snake-bit.

I wouldn’t find it fair to rate this WrestleMania on any sort of regular scale given all the circumstances, regardless whether it’s good or bad. Like, if I ever rank these things best to worst, WrestleMania 36 would not be getting a rank.

I think it being filmed in advance and edited will help a lot. Also, the card still looks great to me. The only important match affected was Roman-Goldberg and Braun-Goldberg will be similar in length and style I’m sure.

Garza's replacement is horrible. I think pretty much anybody on the main roster would be a better choice. There are a lot of people on the main roster that busted their butt for the past year that deserve that spot more.
I don't mind Braun replacing Roman. I wouldn't have made the comments with the virus going around, but had he made similar comments during a non-virus time, I wouldn't have much issue with it. If Braun vs. Goldberg had any major mess ups like a bad jackhammer, they could have easily re-taped parts.
I'll be interested to see if a bunch of wrestlers get involved in 24/7 skits throughout the 2 nights.

It'll go down in the books as a WM, but it should have an asterisk next to it. I'm going to try to enjoy the show for what it is without thinking too much about it being held under the WM name, though.

I'm beyond the "It was out of their hands!" way of thinking. Every major sports league instantly shut down operations. They postponed the Olympics. One man's ego is putting his workforce at risk so he can be the only "big event" that took place during this crisis. Vince can afford to pay their downsides and let them stay home. They can show "Best Of" shows during their timeslots. There is no excuse to be running this show. I feel for the men and women that have had to put themselves at risk for the past few weeks but Vince himself deserves every disparaging reaction and negative consequence that results from this.

Since there's now a spoiler marking on the topic title, I will point out who I heard Andrade's replacement is. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Austin Theory. This is quite the name that I didn't expect on the Mania card, even in a pandemic. OK I am this person's like, number one stan since I saw his work a few years ago and just decided the looked like he absolutely got it. Glad he's getting such a big break

If it’s Goldberg v Braun I hope they kept the belt on Bill. What’s it matter he doesn’t have to defend it any time soon. Probably just needs to work another 2 or 3 dates over the summer

Was listening to something from Meltzer and Alvarez earlier and they rightfully pointed out that if anything Roman should be out of wrestling for a long time to come, not just until things return to some form of normalcy, given he'll still be extremely high risk until there's a vaccine. Hopefully he and anyone else with a compromised immune system like Bryan keeps that in mind.

Yeh ,the logical choice wws always postpone until you can. It will take a year? well next year it is.Now you have an awful card with no production and no showsmanship

Seriously at the rate they're going, they could bring it back to one night and make it the same length as a regular PPV. Too great for two nights! Two nights in one day!

AEW are still running too, so f*** Tony Khan too right?
