This is an interesting storyline parallel, Dustin seems to be going it alone now, no clue what happened to QT Marshall after the Bunkhouse Match. Maybe he got hurt? Maybe he's taking a break? Idk, but I do like how Uno said forbidingly "You'll see what I do soon enough"

And the Parallel of that to Hangman's recruitment and how fun and happy it feels, shows Dark Order isn't all happy go lucky with Mr. Brodie in a slumber, they're still trying to get wrestlers in seedy underhanded ways... and it'd be something if Dustin actually did join them

Dustin doesn't like Black Reign because it aligns with him at his personal rock bottom dealing with his addictions. Se7en doesn't have that baggage attached to it, especially since he only used the gimmick for one entrance.
