Everything about that segment was just legendarily awful Let's not say anything that we can't take back, Stephanie was the highlight. She was great, so not everything about it was legendary awful. Every single moment of the segment without her was iconically awful. No debut, no return, no hacker, and no sneak attack. They really should have gone full blown "Triple H is the greatest ever", because then that would have been funny. Everything outside of Stephanie was incredibly boring with no point at all. |

Why was he yelling about Bayley? I couldn’t understand him during most of it. He was making an analogy to that awful Bayley This Is Your Life segment from a few years back. |

Nothing screams 'self-indulgence' than dedicating a nationally-televised show to your son-in-law, & spending the last 20 minutes having the old man whitter on telling stories just days after releasing dozens of talent & essentially bribing the government into being considered an 'essential service'. Smelling their own farts would be less egregious.

It wasn't until watching it on my big-screen TV with no audience that I realized that Vince looks terrible. Not to mention the awful promo. Even Hunter at the end was utterly confused.
It was actually really sad and really infuriating at the same time.

That entire speech he gave was a stuttering and bumbling mess, to the point you have to sit back and realize this man is running the top wrestlng company in the world. On top of all that, has been doing all the shit you just mentioned which just makes it even worse. He doesn't look like he should be in command of a toaster right now let alone millions upon billions of dollars and thousands of peoples livlihoods... |

Last year the introduction of the infamous "Wildcard Rule" was the first time I noticed that Vince has completely lost his promo ability.
Say what you like about Vince the person, and i've said plenty recently, but he was always a great TV character and an incredible promo. Now though? Oh dear.
He can barely speak, there's so many weird pauses and mumbles where he seems to lose track of what he's saying. It's hard to understand him, his voice is shot to shit.
I mean the actual content of the segment seems to be a giant waste of time anyway but the state of Vince was my biggest takeaway from it.

I saw someone mention that it was like Vince getting his own back on DX from when they were playing the crickets sounds in his promo.
I doubt it was that but at least this way it doesn't seem an entire waste of time.
