Thought I would start this thread since I have got back into collecting action figures a bit more actively this.
I think the Major Bros Wrestling Figures podcast really helped find that spark again (also moving to bigger place as left me more room to put stuff on display)
Guess I thought we could have this thread to show off our collections, talk about what we have just purchased or upcoming toys we are looking forward to coming out.
I didn't really want to impose any criteria, so this thread could be about vintage or new stuff, a toys from anything even wrestling etc
I'll take some photos tomorrow of some of my collection tomorrow (I should have done that before starting this thread I guess)

I have a pretty big collection of Mattels hogging my walls. And I just picked up the Macho Man Slim Jim Comic Con Exclusive last week!

Oh man I love looking at toys and seeing how far along they've come in quality. The Hot Toys are incredible, the Transformers toys better than ever, and the Eaglemoss ships are like Micro Machines on steroids.
In the past couple years I've picked up a few that have particular significance to me.
I have the Dark Knight Returns armored Batman, as that is one of my all time favorite graphic novels.
The War for Cybertron Ultra Magnus, as he was always my favorite Transformer growing up.
The Eaglemoss USS Enterprise-A, my all time favorite Star Trek ship.
And finally a Diesel and Hulk Hogan action figure. When I first discovered pro wrestling, Diesel was my first favorite wrestler. I quickly became a Hulk Hogan fan as I started renting older wrestling tapes. The day Mattel makes a decent masked Kane, I'm scooping it up immediately.

my collection is super super large, my friends have all said if Toy Story were real my place would be pure insanity. For logical reasons I keep my Hulk figures in a different room from my Loki figures just as a precaution.
I work for NECA as part of my job and that is dangerous in itself on my wallet, though I always give the buyers benefit first so if its something I dig I will wait a month before I actually buy it, give people time to pick it up themselves.
Currently I am LOVING Hasbro's new Ghostbusters line, Ive picked up Venkman, Stantz and Gozer in the line, They got Murray down pretty good face wise, the Diamond Selects looked weird and the Matty Collector ones looked good enough but not to this scale.
My 2 fav figs I own are the first run Disney Store Steel Fig of Darth Maul, and then the 18 inch talking Crow fig by NECA.

Art Asylum/Diamond Select did an amazing initial job with Star Trek figures and ships. But then the action figures became incredibly basic, and they just started releasing random repaints of their existing ships.

They got the funko pop of him as an exclusive. and I always have trouble finding figs there. But this does look awesome!

Here's the last photo of my Mattel Elites. I've added a few wrestlers since then and customized a few(did a Goldberg head swap, changed Big Show's legs). After getting the Then, Now, Forever 1999 version Macho Man, I decided to build a collection of wrestlers in their 1999 or close enough attires. I've since fudged it to be more of a N64 WM2000/No Mercy style roster. Here's my custom Arn Anderson, his wards and a velociraptor.

some photos of my collection one of my walls from an angle {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} you can see my Terminator/Alien/Predator/RoboCop figures, plus wrestling figures from a side on the shop display hooks (thought it would be a cool way to make more room) wrestling figures plus my Hugger Section {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}my carded WWE figures, since there is so many to get, I decided to only collect figures of women, I have most Bayley but have a few Sasha, Becky and Alexa and my Hugger section sci-fi toys, this isn't something I've been really actively collecting until lately {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} my MASH stuff {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} it's not a big collection, but proud of it one of my favourite toys, Fonz from Happy Days {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} one of the toys I've owned the longest I have more stuff, but waiting on some things to arrive would by curious to see other people's stuff on display, to give me some ideas of display, what to buy etc.

Oh baby, time to nerd it up I'm going to post pictures but I'm going to put spoilers on a lot of them to keep the thread clean Here's my Star Wars 3 3/4" collection, mostly 2008-2013 stuff. The quality and selection before and after hasn't been too good. closer views my few Funko Pops {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler} (these are some custom ones my wife made of my two kids, Darth Revan and myself) Just some random ones I keep in the boxes {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler} the next time I go to a con I'm going to buy more Revans. I saw Darth Revan cheap last year and kick myself for not buying one. Jedi Revan, that's going to be hard to find for a while. But I want unboxed ones as well. This one here would have been worth so much money thirty years ago. I found it in fall of 2017 and joked that it was a possible spoiler to the mess that at the time could have been the new Star Wars movies. Little did we know it would end up worse. This doesn’t include the billions of figures my kids have. I just stepped on a Stormtrooper.

I need to take pics of my collect...I really need to dust them first. My brother collects too, so our common room looks like the reboot of Imagination Land.

I don't have any pictures because the best of my collection is in storage. I have all my old Hasbros, Galoobs, and LJNs still. I also have a lot of other 90s figures that I loved. Very few are in perfect condition. I played with them quite a bit.
I recently started getting some figures and statues to display. I have a few Shawn Michaels figures, along with the Liger and Hogan Storm figures. I pre-ordered all of the AEW figures. I'm excited for those.
I don't know what or when I'll buy next, but I'm sure something the purchases will continue down the road.

I've always been an action figure person. As a kid, I had a MASSIVE collection. Something like 90% of the MOTU line, 50% of GI Joe up through around '92, 30 or so of the LJN WWF figures, craploads of Transformers, every TMNT figure except the last six figures and most of the variants, and at least one or two figures from pretty much every other 80s line that existed. Most of the Toy Biz Marvel stuff, the first few years of McFarlane, etc. About ten years ago, I ended up selling off a huge amount of the collection due to financial issues, and the rest were in family storage I had no access to until just a couple of years ago. All of that is stuffed in my closet right now, still trying to figure out the whens and hows of getting rid of it. The MOTU Classics line I really got into, about the only line I did so in the last decade. I managed to get the entire Mattel side of it and about half of the Super 7 run before I had to call it quits. Still have it all on display but probably going to sell most of it off one day. This isn't to mean I've lost my love of figures. I still have a bunch of more recent stuff that I've bought cheap here and there. I'm just not super-active about collecting them anymore. However, with that said, and I know I'm going to regret revealing this somehow (this is literally the first time I've ever told anyone it's my Tumblr, even to people here or on Twitter that have mentioned it), I run an action figure Tumblr devoted to 1980s figures that aren't Joe, Transformers, Star Wars, TMNT or MOTU. I love all those lines but I wanted to spotlight the lesser-known ones from my youth. It's been going for a few years, I don't do a lot to work on it much these days, but I do keep it queued to one new figure a day, no duplicates. Check it out if you like at 1980sactionfigures.tumblr.com/ (though I like the archive view more - 1980sactionfigures.tumblr.com/archive

Cool thread. Last week I got in on the Spawn Kickstarter for the sets McFarlane toys are putting together for Spawn. It was already coold enough getting my hands on the MK 11 Spawn. I pledged the 3 Figure Trilogy pack. I'm pretty excited.
What I'm also waiting for are the Fox movie X-Men/Deadpool figures that were supposed to be released later this year. I plan on buy the whole assortment on sight.

I sold off most of my collection in 2007/2008. But have a smaller one right now. Most of them are boxed up cause I am currently reorganizing everything. One of the few wrestling figures I own. Won this from a Harmony GOld rep at a con. Then everyone in the panel room freaked put when I ripped the box open and took the figure out. A tiny bit of my Imaginext collection. Got the Batcave and GOtham Jail from a younger cousin. Part of my SUper Hero Squad collection. Before FUnko Pops became huge there was mighty Muggs.

Love this thread!!!
I've just started going back and picking up a bunch of DC Direct/Collectibles stuff I missed out on. Unfortunately, the scale is like 1:11, whereas everything else I have like NECA, Diamond Select, etc. is 1:10. Still, having a massive Swamp Thing on my diorama is awesome.
