AEW Dynamite is LIVE from Daily's Place in Jacksonville, with just three days to go until Double Or Nothing 2020 on PPV... also from Daily's Place. Quite a lot on tap as the final pieces of the puzzle are filled. In the meantime, check out the forum discussion rules for this show and NXT on the AEW section of the board.
Jon Moxley is set to defend the AEW World Championship against Mr. Brodie Lee on Saturday night... but Brodie has Moxley's title belt in his possession. And to try and test Moxley ahead of Double Or Nothing, The Exalted One is throwing his big guy 10 at him tonight. Will Mox handle the muscle of The Dark Order before he even gets to Lee on Saturday?
Cody and Lance Archer are to collide on Saturday night to determine the first ever AEW TNT Champion, with none other than IRON MIKE TYSON presenting the belt to the winner. But before then, their seconds will confront each other, as for the first time EVER in their combined 80 years or so in the business, Arn Anderson and Jake "The Snake" Roberts go face to face. Who will make the best case for their charge, and will they prevent Cody and Archer from throwing down tonight?
We will have the first ever Stadium Stampede Match at Double Or Nothing, as The Elite and The Inner Circle will go to war all over TIAA Bank Field, and we'll get a small preview tonight, as Matt Hardy has his first AEW singles match against Sammy Guevara. There's extra spice to this, as the Inner Circle destroyed Hardy's beloved Vanguard-1 last week. Will Hardy get his Broken Revenge... and will we finally hear from the erstwhile Young Bucks and Hangman Page?
There's two women's matches on the card this Saturday... so let's throw them together in a tag team match! AEW Women's World Champion Nyla Rose joins forces with a woman who'd love nothing more than to take the belt off her, Dr. Britt Baker DMD, as they take on Kris Statlander and Rose's challenger at Double Or Nothing, Hikaru Shida. Who will make the statement going into Saturday?
Last week, Rey Fenix viciously assaulted "Freshly Squeezed" Orange Cassidy with a flying kick to the head, and as a result, they go one on one tonight. Cassidy and Fenix are two of the nine entrants in Saturday's Casino Ladder Match to determine the number one contender for the AEW World Championship - will any of the other six (the ninth entrant is a mystery until Double Or Nothing) get involved in the match?
MJF continues his courageous return from injury this week, as he takes on big bad Marko Stunt. MJF is set to go up against Stunt's fellow Jurassic Express member Jungle Boy on Saturday, and it won't exactly do his chances any good if Stunt happens to upset him tonight. Will Stunt pull off the miracle, or will MJF plow through him as expected?
All this and more tonight from 8/7c on TNT in the States, TSN in Canada and FITE TV worldwide!
