There's something very Gil Gunderson about him, but also something very Herb Abrams.

These tweets are taking forever to load for me now, but I'm still liking these posts before I even read them. That's how entertaining I find Stone.

I just wish they did some vignettes next week of Stone with his gimpy leg trying to find Lumis to do this match with Dain, instead of just skipping that part.

One thing I really like about Stone is not only does he really lean into looking like a goober, but he knows exactly the right way to do it. Like tonight when he came out during Shotzi's match. He has the walking boot on and when he starts up the steps, he keeps his leg totally straight and hobbles up the steps. He didn't NEED to do that, but he did because it made himself look more ridiculous. Touches like that I love.

I want to give Aliyah some props here too, because I just finished rewatching the segment where Killian Dain grabs Stone, and Aliyah’s eyes in the background are freaking hysterical. The terror in her eyes was just incredible.
Seriously go back and watch that and focus on Aliyah in the background. She’s a great side character to Robert’s shenanigans.

Glad she’s found a role after all the years. Kind of developed a soft spot for her.

Part of me is a bit disappointed that both Chelsea and Deonna weren't being managed by Stone as a tag team, considering Deonna lack of a character, maybe being with Stone would've made her interesting?

Tom Philips supporting him during the Shotzi match was random unless I missed something.

I don't watch Impact,so I never saw his work there. Was he good? Can he go now? I had always heard/read about him.
I freaking love him in NXT.

All joking aside, he's really throwing himself into his character and it's paying off. It's awesome to see.

I like that while AEW has awesome old managers.NXT manages to use young guys that do such a great job of being managers like Stone and Maverick.
Ideally both would have a balance of both but it is fun to compare .

It would be great to have someone like him back in the fold.

My man’s on the up and up now. He’s got Mercedes Martinez and is a few very small requests from getting EDGE.
