Got to finally have some time to film stuff. Rare the house is empty.
Then while those vids are uploading read more Swamp Thing,vol 5,and now about to watch the season finale of Heels season 2.

Our Peruvian Apple Cactus is in full bloom these days. It has been opening 50-100 flowers every night for the past week and there are plenty more to come. If you go outside right around dawn you see it covered with about a thousand bees grabbing every bit of pollen they can carry.

Filled out an application for a new job, and a few hours later got an invite to take a performance assessment. Just finished it up.
Also called my health insurance, and they approved me for five appointments with a therapist. Waiting on them to send over a list of people in their network.
Maybe it'll work out, maybe it won't, but it feels good to be trying something different.

My husband and I went to Terror Con, and he got to accomplish his dream of meeting Robert Englund. I was so happy for him, that I started crying at the table, but, he definitely deserves it.

Forced myself to make a phone call that I'd been dreading (I was on hold around an hour last time I had to) but I got through in about five minutes this time, and got told good news so now I can enjoy my weekend! Yay!

For the first time in forever, it's jacket weather outside. Unless you are out after midnight it is rarely jacket weather here until late November. But yea feels great outside. Can walk the trash up anytime of day and not be drenched in sweat on the walk. Also seeing we got rain coming soon. Need it badly. Minnow pond on the front half of the property is lower than it has ever been. Even the lake,which is fed by springs,is low. And finally. Got contacted by a smaller new indie in the state. Got told how much they like my work. And got told I could come to any of their shows,vend and film. So once I talk them into booking my buddy I will add another FED and Town to the list. |
