I haven't paid attention, but has Renee been to any WWE tapings lately? She's been doing Backstage from home. Yeah, she was on last week’s Smackdown interviewing Jeff Hardy. The week before that she interviewed Jeff and Sheamus in the ring. She’s definitely been on-site recently. NOT good. With all that's going on in Florida right now, and other states beginning to ask people coming from there to quarantine for 2 weeks, AEW and WWE really need to just shut it down. It's borderline ridiculous that Vince & Khan want to keep on going at this point. The excuse that things weren't that bad in Florida is long gone now.

My idea if Mox is out. Assuming Hangman/Omega win, have them face Cage in a triple threat match for the number one contendership. You get a match with a lot of star power and I am sure it will be great. Plus you can have Cage win and build up whatever they're working towards with the tag champs. AEW went two months without having tag or woman's title defended. As long as Moxley doesn't get it bad and in the hospital or anything. They could easily do Mox/Cage in mid to late July.

WWE's especially just handled this situation poorly, and that finally just caught up to them, just... it sucks, it absolutely sucks, for Renee, for Mox, it affects two wrestling companies as well because as others have said, there are quite a few couples in wrestling that work for AEW or WWE I don't want to see them take the belt off Mox, I would hope that's not what happens unless it's all they can do. Night 2 is built around the world title match. They either have Cage fight someone meaningful to make up for it, or Cage fights someone for the vacant AEW World Title... or they just straight up delay it? I guess we'll know by next week, what happens happens. Obviously this is secondary to the safety and well being of Renee and Mox, I hope they're both ok and wish Renee a speedy recovery. I can't see anyway Moxley vacants the title. Unless he gets it really bad and ends up in the hospital for a while with it. They won't make that decision by next Thursday that's for sure. If they did do it. If they were gonna consider vacating the title it would be closer to August. When they need to start building up for All Out. My guess main event is Jericho/Orange Cassidy and they give Cage a warm up match like Darby or Dustin until Mox is back.

So they could do Dustin vs Cage or Darby vs Cage. But I think they were saving Cage/Darby for All Out. I guess they could always do Matt Hardy vs Cage. Since Matt Hardy just in Private Party corner with Sammy out. But that would feel kind of random.

Then started to get sick last weekend and tested Monday and found out Tuesday night she had it. That's why this disease is so tricky. She likely got it Monday from WWE tapings with other wrestlers. They took test Tuesday and all came back negative. Then a few days later start getting sick. Now bunch of people from those tapings last Monday have it. Since you can contract the virus and spread it for a day or two. Before it even shows up on the test. The good news is as of right now Jon Moxley doesn't have it. He got tested Monday and results came back negative Tuesday. But since he spent so much time with Renee. The fear is that he might actually have it. But test isn't showing yet that he has it. So I'm sure he's gonna have to get tested this weekend and next week before Thursday show. But since he's still in same house just staying in different sections of the house. It's still danger for him to get it from her at any point. So WWE would be wise to delay Mox/Cage to July 15th until Renee no longer has it. Just to be extra careful.

Unless he's walking around the house with disinfection while wearing a gas mask, he's more than likely gotten it.

Pretty sure he is quarantining in the woods in Florida. Thinking because of that we never go in those woods.

For what it's worth, Meltzer said on Saturday night that Moxley had taken additional tests and still didn't have it. He did say he's going to keep getting tested up until they tape on Wednesday.

It seems the most common method of transmission is direct human contact or close airborne contact. As long as Moxley's kept his distance from Renee since her positive diagnosis, he should be alright. Renee wearing a mask alone, even without Moxley wearing any sort of protection, would reduce his chances of getting it to a significant degree.
It's why you wear masks when around people even if you're not symptomatic. They're not to protect you; they're to protect others. If one person has the virus and is wearing a mask, around people wearing masks, and keeping their distance, their chances of not spreading the disease to others are at least 98%.

If Mox is able to wrestle I wonder if they change things up and maybe have Cage win and write him off for a few months so he can take care of his wife

If he does this match. She will likely be recovered by next taping on July 15th. He doesn't need months to take care of her. She wasn't bad enough to have to go into hospital or anything. Usually when that's the case you recover from this in a few weeks. She's already had the virus for two weeks now. She should be near recovery by the weekend if nothing changes.

My guess is he's probably been staying in garage or basement away from her the past week. And if he's been in house he's had mask or glass shield on and been away from Renee. Unless she needed his help. That way he can still be close by if she needs him and still quarantining away from her for most part.

Curious if they've run an antibody test on Mox. Low levels of antibodies has been theorized to mean you had limited exposure and your immune system was strong enough to suppress it without much additional effort.
Might account for why he doesn't seem to have it despite being married to a confirmed case who he ostensibly was around for at least some of her viral shedding period.
In any case, hoping this all goes off well.
