Some shows or movies have either only had a few home or digital releases, or have never had any releases, and you can only watch episodes on YouTube or shady video sharing sites. There can be a wide variety of reasons for this, such as rights issues or there just isn't a high demand for the show/movie to justify a home or digital release.
What are some such shows?

Despite going five seasons and a hundred episodes in the 90's, I don't believe Unhappily Ever After has ever been re-released in any official fashion since it went off the air.

The original Muppet Babies. A show that I don't think will ever get a home/streaming release because of all the copyrighted footage they use (which is amazing thinking about it)

Each DVD has one episode on it. You can get more information here: muppet.fandom.com/wiki/Muppet_Babies_videography#DVDBut yeah; I'd love for them to release the whole series on DVD. That was such a great show!

That short lived Cavemen show based on the Geico cavemen.
Yeah, I admit it, I was the one person on Earth that thought it was freaking hilarious. I have bootleg DVDs of it.
Also, I don't think The Drew Carey Show got completely released, which is weird because it's kind of a classic when it comes to 90's tv shows.

The Teen Wolf animated series. I remember a release being scheduled and I don't think it ever happened. Which, I may be the only person on the planet who would buy it, so that may be why it never released.

Also, I don't think The Drew Carey Show got completely released, which is weird because it's kind of a classic when it comes to 90's tv shows. Murphy Brown was at one point the most watched and popular television show of the 90's, and, as near as I can tell, only its first season is available on DVD and only the revival season is available on streaming.

"Project Blue Book", a mid70s TV series about two Air Force members investigating UFO reports. Show was produced by Jack Webb's company (he made and starred in Dragnet and also made Adam-12). You'd think that with the success of the X-Files there'd be a little interest.

Speaking of Disney... there's the obvious answer here with Song of the South (though ti did get released in Europe at one point)

Upright Citizen's Brigade Season 3. Heartbreaking, as it is my favorite of the series.

I'd say virtually all of UPN's sitcoms never have been released besides Everybody Hates Chris.

Anyone remember a weird "found footage" show of a supposed 1930s/40s comedy team called Morton and Hayes? I doubt it's ever been released anywhere. Essentially it was a fictitious comedy team (played by Kevin Pollak and Bob Amaral) and this lasted about 6 episodes before being cancelled.

One that technically got releases but incomplete for questionable reasons is The Adventures of Pete & Pete. The first two seasons were released on DVD. There were plans for the third season and apparently the set was pretty much finished and produced, but was cancelled suddenly after the Dreamworks/Viacom merger and the other seasons went out of print.

The Simpsons shorts. It’s unbelievable these haven’t been released. In the early DVD commentaries, Matt Groening (who, even by then, was just a figurehead collecting royalties & had no creative input) talked about how embarrassing the shorts were, and yet they were why the show came to existence. I don't see Disney showing them anytime soon, either.

The Not Quite Human movie trilogy. I don’t think they got an American home video release. I could be wrong. Hoping to see them on Disney + someday.

You Cant Do That on Television was the show that made Nickelodeon, but due to various issues (royalties to the actors, copyrighted music, and the master tapes being destroyed in a fire), only the 1981 season was released, and only on Itunes.
