Has anyone reported when some of the non-Japan wrestlers might be able to appear again for NJPW? I assume that once they arrive in Japan and quarantine for 14 days they would be ok. I'm dying to see the dynamic in BC once Jay White and KENTA return. They mentioned in May it could be until December or so when Gaijins come back

Could we see Takahashi Three Belts? Technically, since he has the IWGP/IC/one of the 6-man belts, our current champion is already 3VIL.

I'm dying to see the dynamic in BC once Jay White and KENTA return. FWIW, Tama and Karl spoke about going back to Japan on Tama’s first podcast episode, and they mentioned not returning for the rest of the calendar year. So at least some of the Gaijin talent expects to sit-out 2020. Really puts the EVIL and Yujiro pushes into perspective, though I like this makeshift version of BC we now have. It reminds me of previous Toryumon/Dragon Gate units like M2K and Deep Drunkers.

Quick updates, but Tokyo Sports is reporting that NJPW is planning its first outdoor show since the 2014 G1 finals for some time in midsummer as a replacement for the postponed MSG show. Only word so far is it's planned to be somewhere in Kanto, and they've been trying to narrow down a location since March.
Another news report says that Japan is opening up international travel a little bit more soon, at least from countries deemed to have things a little bit more under control. This likely opens the door for at least Henare and Fale to return since I think both would be coming up from New Zealand, and if it applies to the UK then Juice and Ospreay can return (Juice has been in the UK with Toni Storm since this all started). Just don't expect to see the US based guys any time soon, like White, GoD, Mox, Finlay, etc., which will likely extend to Canada-based guys, too, like ELP.
Oh, and now I'm seeing people compare Hiromu's post-Dominion breakdown to Goro Majima from the Yakuza series, and the imagery won't get out of my head.

I don't think I've actually seen Filthy Tom wrestle. How is he? IMHO, he was kinda boring to me in MLW. He's not bad, but he just doesn't excite me in the least.

Yeah, I should amend what I said previously: as of right now it's less about "who has it under control" and more about foreigners who hold Japanese residency and work visas. Both Ospreay and Juice relocated to Japan before the outbreak, so I think (not 100% on this) that they'll be cool to return unless they're coming from a trouble spot like the US. ELP has not gone that far, so he's likely still not going to make it, but if they start phasing in people from countries that aren't hotspots then he might be next on the list.

Should be said again, even before everything with him was brought up, Ospreay is in the UK with Bea as he was involved in a empty arena show during the first stages of the lockdown. So unless he managed to sneak out, get a private jet and was allowed into Japan, probably won't be seeing him for a bit.

Tom Lawlor faces Rocky Romero tonight He looks like Rusev Jr. in his Wikipedia pic. ' don't think I have seen too many of his matches since the days of No Remorse Corps. Which was my favorite trio during those years.

I'm still not ecstatic about EVIL as champion, but I think the match with Hiromu will be awesome. Everything after the title match with Hiromu was gold, he is one of the most charismatic wrestlers I have ever seen. Despy getting a shot again Shingo, hell yeah, get that belt Despy!
Also, gonna make another prediction. I find the LIJ/CHAOS tag match very out of place. I think Bullet Club jumps them both and we end up getting CHAOS/LIJ working together. They are both feuding with Bullet Club, which already led CHAOS to work with seki-gun and it's going to a blast with Hiromu involved.

I think everyone that is not in the US, even Canada which is doing fine, could come back before the end of the year, maybe even fall. But anyone in the US is not getting into Japan anytime soon.

I hope Despy wins the NEVER Championship.
That 10-man Hontai vs Suzuki-gun tag looks like fun; lots of great talent in one match.

I hope Despy wins the NEVER Championship. That 10-man Hontai vs Suzuki-gun tag looks like fun; lots of great talent in one match. Despy has all it takes to be a top heel in New Japan. He's also the true perfect rival to Hiromu. Hiromu is a sweet, adorable, likeable babyface. Despy is pure scum. A sadist whose mask really isn't a mask. It's who he is.
