Around the 0:23 mark.
I have always loved how throughout that celebration, Vince is just completely unable to hide the fact that he’s happy that Foley got to be the champion.
He’s fighting back that smile the entire time and it’s great.

For me the number one most emotional championship wins is a toss-up between Eddie Guerrero and Daniel Bryan, I do feel like Mankind's win should have been in at least the top five, and I'd forgotten how deafening that Ziggler pop was.

I don't see it personally. It looks like he's in character to me.

My favourites. 1. Daniel Bryan defeating Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista at WM XXX 2. Steve Austin defeating Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 3. Mankind defeating The Rock at RAW 4. Eddie Guerrero defeating Brock Lesnar at No Way Out 5. Nigel McGuinness defeating Takeshi Morishima at Undeniable 6. Christian Cage defeating Jeff Jarrett at Against All Odds 7. Homicide defeating Bryan Danielson at Final Battle 8. Chris Benoit defeating Triple H and Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XXEDIT > Okay, forgot Kenny Omega's IWGP Championship win. But that's probably all.

for me the strangest part was hearing angle's theme without everyone chanting "you suck"
i was there for the mankind one, think that was the only world title win i was there for. should have been top 5 at least i think.

Way back when Dolph hadn’t overstayed his welcome, so to speak. He'd been there......what, 7 years (in one fashion or another) when he won the world title? Back in the day, many legends weren't even in the WWF for anything close to 7 years.

This list is all over the place like with the kayfabe ones mixed in with the crowd losing their shit. With Mark Henry I think the emotion was pure seething anger like everything he did at that time. Also lol at the Big Show's being emotional for the kayfabe death of his dad.

It’s only slightly less lame than the Bossman/Al Snow feud.
