Remember when Chuck Palumbo and Jamie Noble were a team? I remember their feudI'm not sure even Chuck Palumbo and Jamie Noble remember. Talking of Noble, I would like to nominate him and Kid Kash as the Pitbulls, and Kasey James and Idol Stevens managed by Michelle McCool. Both teams were briefly the main challengers for the Smackdown tag team titles in about 2006, which I had no idea still technically existed, whereas the old World Tag Team titles with the lineage going back to the seventies were retired.
KC James had the honor of being one of Braden Walker's legendary opponents on the ECW brand in 2008. Idol Stevens? Well.... [Wellllll -- it's the big Dingus! It's the big bad Dingus tonight]I remember years later I google-searched Kasey James and Idol Stevens (possibly before one of them returned as Damien Sandow), because in my 3-5 years of watching mid-'00s WWE, it stuck with me how weird it was to have 2 dudes show up, have names, be managed by someone who stuck around for years before and after...but then disappear a show or two later. I wasn't someone who grew up on Jobber-era wrestling, is I guess what I'm saying. Also, 'Idol' Stevens...may be sort of an "above your paygrade" name for a jobber, isn't it? That'd be like "AND TONIGHT, Andre the Giant will be facing off with... local talent, 'Stone Cold' Ronald Johnston!" Who could forget Moore Wang? I forgot Shannon Moore. Ohhhh, he better not hear you say that, or you'll get a whole chapter in his TNA-era "Book of Dilly-Gaff"

Billy Gunn and Bob Holly I keep thinking Billy Gunn and Rico teamed for a while too. Lance Storm and Mr. Morley (Val Venis)

Deuce and Domino were the greatest tag team of that era. I will die on that hill if required. I created a whole thread based on Michael Cole awkwardly trying to say "Crack 'em In the Mouth", the name of Deuce's finisher, several times in a single sentence. Includes fun riddle! Trying to think of a team name that emphasizes their most prominent features. Given that Kenzo was originally going to be Emperor Hirohito from WWII Rising Sun Imperial Japan (because: Vince), and Rene was most famous for his, um, awkwardly-apparent erection, how about something like "Team Rising Penis"? (while I came up with this just now, it's also possible I heard something similar to it somewhere else back in the day)The Nash-and-Hash Connection?

Booker T and RVD.
They successfully defended the belts at WrestleMania 20 and still keep forgetting they were ever a thing.

This is the only one in this thread that I don't remember at all. Like this didn't even awaken some deep sealed memory within me, I had absolutely zero idea that happened. That's...a f***ing weird team.
