Looks like Shida vs Conti for the World Title will not main event next weeks Dynamite. Darby has issued an open challenge to the top five rankings for a TNT Title shot in the main event of the show. By process of elimination it looks like the winner would be Jungle Boy. So... can't necessarily complain, that'd be a big main event.
Hope that the women's world title match still gets a good part of the show. A women's match has never opened Dynamite yet, this'd be a good spot for it. Top of the Second Hour is possible too.

Hell, ROH has a shot with Gresham having the book for the women’s division down there. She wouldn’t fix everything but the credibility would be substantially larger for the reboot.

She'll be one of those talents that is coveted by any company with a pulse. WWE, AEW, ROH, NWA, hell New Japan for Stardom? It is interesting how Impact's division's starting to lose some of the big women's division stars they had though. Losing Taya, Naveah, Jazz retiring, and now Grace soon, is definitely a noticable hole created for them.

It might motivate them to really make an aggressive play for the Iiconics like they did for Deonna Purazzo; or maybe scoop up Solo Darling & Willow Nightingale for their tag division. If they lose Kiera Hogan later in the year, they'll really want to go all out on hiring - even if they hire relatively underwhelming wrestlers, they've demonstrated that they can build who they have instead of pining for who they don't.

Which reminds me, how is Allysin Kay still a free agent? Did something happen to her we don't know about? Because it's odd to me how she hasn't ended up anywhere. AEW, Impact, even back in NWA. Just found it odd that ever since her match with Deeb on the AEW Buy-In she's kinda gone silent...

Just found it odd that ever since her match with Deeb on the AEW Buy-In she's kinda gone silent... She's certainly still getting booked - Shine, Mission Pro, a few other places IIRC. But she's right up there with Nicole Savoy and LuFisto as an S-tier unsigned wrestler who could carry any division she was hired for. Kay hasn't paused her bookings like Savoy seems to have, and she doesn't have baggage like LuFisto's temporary retirements due to health issues. The whole ROH women's tournament is building up a lot of suspense on that front, too. For all we know, ROH is doing their best to build a division out of the best talent available and is set to come out swinging this summer, but if they are, they have such a tight lid on it that wrestlers on Twitter are jumping to put their names in the hat.

I think Tay/Shida would be a fun opener. Crowd has been super into both of them lately so while the action will be good regardless, the hot crowd could take it to another level.

i can see tay/shida opening the show. as this past week has shown, AEW is fine putting a title match on to start the show off. so if it's not the ME that's probably the best spot for it.
i'm expecting shida to win here, MAYBE with britt costing tay because she wants to be the one to dethrone shida to avenge her nose (and leg), but mostly expecting it to be back and forth but a clean finish. given red velvet lost this week that would move britt from 3 to 2, then tay losing gets britt to #1. if they want to drag it out a bit more then britt costs tay and khan has britt vs tay for the right to face shida at the PPV the following week and britt wins there.
still think it's a clean win for shida that way they still have tay in reserve as a face for britt to face when she wins the title along with statlander, riho (only faced her as a face) and rosa (2 matches already against her as a heel so no rush for a third match), plus shida's rematch and whatever other faces they bring in by then not even counting anna jay's return

Women's Elevation Matches announced so far:
- Leyla Hirsch and Ryo Mizunami vs Nyla Rose and Madi Wrenkowski - Thunder Rosa vs Shawna Reed - Abadon vs Skye Blue - Britt Baker vs Tesha Price
Hirsch and Mizunami might immediately be my new favorite team.
