... that never happened on said show. Like how RAW had Foley falling off the Cell for forever but it happened on KOTR and its never happening again. Always felt like a cheat.

I'll say. Why was there never a cybernetic Terminator-like wrestler on WCW Saturday Night? ;-)

That part where Booker T's eyes glowed still pisses me off.
Booker T's eyes never glowed.

It always feels super ghetto when a wrestling show tries to sell itself on stars who are no longer there. Ring of Honor still had Joe, AJ and McGuiness in its opening video well into 2015.

Eh. It has stuff to reflect the company so I’d say it counts as promoting what that company brings.
Now having past stars on there well after they left or haven’t been there for a while? That’s weird.

I don’t really care unless the ring ropes in the clips are the wrong colour.

I only remember them being in ROH's signature intro like with WWE's and MLW's past stars. Were the former ROH names shown in the TV show's regular intro as well at some point?

WWE Raw in 98 Still had Bret in the brawling with Austin and Taker brawling with Taker in the ring. This was still almost a year after either one where is the company. Impact Wrestling promoting GWN All the names used to promote that are all former big names they had Sting, Angle, Hogan, AJ,and Joe. Funny when at one time everyone they used where in the WWE.

Rick and Morty's intros are constantly filled with stuff that will happen in the season, and fakeouts of things which will not happen in the season. And you don't know until the seasons over. In terms of wrestling I mean Stone Cold never walked away from an explosion in the shows

There's also those GFW tapes that were recorded before Bobby Roode signed to NXT so they dubbed new commentary to pretend he came back for their shows...

What about the Raw intros from late '95 where Shawn is dancing on top of a building while random guys fight in the ring? I tuned in every week to see what show that clip was from until finally mom told me it was just a staged intro. Staged? Not in my wrestling. Make mine Nitro.

I don’t really care unless the ring ropes in the clips are the wrong colour. Yes! It seems so trivial, but it annoys me.

These stories remind me of the Worldwide commercial that aired going into 1998 or 1999. Still had Jarrett, (face) Jericho, Debra, masked Juvi...
