So it came to this.
Fearing people will write to an obviously fake address.

Just finished the season. Enjoyed it all immensely, some of the Warner stuff was a bit on-the-nose but Pinky and Brain was gold all the way through. Hello Nurse is with Doctors without Borders now, good for her. So it came to this. Fearing people will write to an obviously fake address. Apparently the original phone number was a real adult hotline.

Interesting. I thought there were no valid 555 numbers, which is why all TV shows and movies use it for fake numbers.
Didn't a Disney movie have the same joke, as it were? Or am I thinking of the (now-excised) 1-800-SPANK ME plug?

So it came to this. Fearing people will write to an obviously fake address. Shows what I know. I tried this to see what it was now. /It's a number that offers free roadside assistance just cause I'm under 50.

Cuould be. I just assumed that he was fired as Hollywood executives seem to be replaced all the time.

I mean, continuity on Animaniacs is dodgy at best, but the original series showed that Plotz was active with the studio during Buddy's hey-day in the 30's, so the idea that he's simply retired and/or dead in the 21st century seems pretty plausible. And on a side note, as I've already said, what little we saw of Norita made her look like she could be a really fun character, and I really hope we get a lot more of her in season two.

Right now, Animaniacs is not only the most streamed animated show but the second most streamed show period on Hulu.

My semester ends next week. I will reward myself with the cuteness of Yakko, Wakko, and Dot. And the Narfness of Pinky and the Brain.

Hardest I laughed in the season is when they accused Norita of stealing the doughnuts and she just started laughing manically for no reason.

Seconded that I hope we see more of her in S2, her take no shit approach with the Warner siblings was a nice contrast to Plotz constantly being exasperated with them. (Plus I loved the line about kicking the corporate ladder out from under Dot's feet.)

So before Season One aired, it got renewed for a Season Two.
Now, it’s been renewed for a Season Three.

I don't suppose this means we'll be getting Slappy and Skippy back, does it?

I don't suppose this means we'll be getting Slappy and Skippy back, does it? They're still not working with Stoner or the Rueggers, so unlikely.
