Whoever’s the talent scout for this women’s division revival deserves a cookie. Big fan of both Trish Adora and Miranda Alize I've no proof of this but I'd be shocked if Gresham had a big hand in it considering he books it and takes regular indie dates or at least has his ear on the ground for this stuff. But yeah, can't be said enough that they've been proving people wrong with this, myself included. Throw in Session Moth Martina when she's able to come over and you have a diverse as heck women's division. Yeah, all the buzz before COVID was that Scurll would be booking the men's side and Gresham was, at bare minimum, booking a new women's division, though I imagine Gresham may well also be booking a lot of Pure division stuff. The sense was both guys had their hands closer to the pulse of current indie wrestling and would know how to present some of the standouts. It's nice to see that even with Marty's departure, they're sticking with the plan to rebuild their identity all the way, the new blood up and down the roster is really nice to see.

Max the Impaler returns tonight! As a preemptive heads up: one of Max's remaining appearances taped thus far occurred in January and one in March. The remaining January appearances I did not yet know the appropriate pronouns. It was corrected for March and again in May. I've spoken to they about the January taping and we are aligned. This one was fun - I hope you enjoy it!

Watching it right now! Max The Impaler seems pretty unique character. Nice to see Maria on commmentary! PS. Pic of Quinn McKay as host from I think week ago. She also makes one amazing wrestler!

These women's matches being taped as early as January explains a lot about who has and hasn't gotten attention from AEW and Impact over the past half-year.

Im gonna imagine AEW's gonna look at quite a few of these girls soon if they aren't officially signed to deals. I assume ROH isn't going to sign EVERYONE from this tourney.

So, who’s booking the men now that Marty has been given the boot? Delirious went back to being main booker, but I’m sure guys like Gresham are playing a bigger overall role, too. No word on who else might be part of any sort of team.

Gresham with his ties to Europe and to the Atlanta area are huge for ROH. Gresham can be a pain to work with but no doubt he knows talent and is a guy that can help find lesser known talent before other people find them... and the Southeast has a lot if we are being honest
